Claims (9)
- Apparatus for continuously producing multi-layer flat materials or other workpieces, in which the layer materials are guided between two endless pressing belts forming a reaction zone and are heated or cooled there and a pressure is applied to the layer materials by at least one pressing belt, wherein associated with said pressing belt in the reaction zone at the side remote from the workpiece is at least one pressure chamber which can be acted upon by a gaseous or liquid pressure medium and which co-operates with a pressure plate at the side remote from the pressing belt, characterised in that the pressure chambers are in the form of mutually juxtaposed hoses (10) which are internally acted upon by a pressure medium and which are elastically deformed while the workpiece passes through the reaction zone and which are connected together at their ends by distributor ducts (11) arranged outside the contour in plan of the pressure plate (5), the hoses (10) extend transversely with respect to the transportation direction (4) of the workpieces, and a sliding film (12) or a sliding film layer is provided between the hoses (10) and the pressing belts.
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised by a sliding film (12) which is fixed exclusively to the front end (13) of the pressure plate (5), said front end extending transversely with respect to the transportation direction (4).
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised by a sliding film (12) which is fixed to both ends (5, 16) of the pressure plate (17).
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that winding-on and winding-off rolls are provided for the sliding film upstream and downstream of the pressure plate (5).
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised by a sliding film which is guided in the form of an endless band passing around the pressure plate.
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the endlessly circulating pressing belt (11) co-operating with the pressure chamber has a sliding film layer as an internal covering.
- Apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the hoses (10) are externally provided with a sliding coating.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the pressure cushion associated with an endlessly circulating pressing belt and the associated pressure plate comprise a plurality of mutually independent replaceable structural units (22) which each have a pressure cushion which is sealed with respect to the pressure plate (17) and the pressing belt (1).
- Apparatus according to claim 8 characterised in that the pressure plates (17) have horizontal guide paths (23) which extend transversely with respect to the transportation direction (4) and which are mounted slidably on guide surfaces (24) which are fixed with respect to the frame structure.
