Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stoffauflauf einer Papiermaschine. The invention relates to a headbox Paper machine.
A problem in making paper with as much as possible uniform structure and thickness and also fiber orientation The consistency distribution lies across the entire machine width the stock suspension made from paper becomes. The stock suspension for papermaking contains long fibers, which tend to flake form which changes in density in the resulting Yield paper web; the long fibers also tend to do so align in the direction of flow so that the manufactured Paper web different tensile strengths in Longitudinal and transverse direction. The perfect dispersion the fiber is turbulent by application To reach current.
To avoid flaking and to avoid a directional fiber alignment are therefore using headboxes Turbulence inserts of different training used.
US 4,504,360 describes a headbox with a Turbulence generator. The turbulence insert consists of essentially made up of plates of different thicknesses the machine width between the cover plate and the Bottom plate of the headbox run. The dilutions and thickening of the panels and the surfaces of the cover and base plate are designed so that the Flow cross section in the respective channel of the Headbox steadily reduced and over the Machine width is the same, so that a continuous Acceleration or deceleration of the stock suspension causes becomes. This will dissolve the in the stock suspension aimed at existing flakes.
The disadvantage of this embodiment is that an adjustment of the Headbox on different material composition and machine speed is only possible to a limited extent. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that a targeted adjustment that formed by the plates of the turbulence insert Channels on, across the width of the headbox different, Throughputs are not possible.
DE-OS 15 61 686 describes a headbox for a Paper machine with flow chambers, their boundary walls run discontinuously in order to generate turbulence. In this Document is also an embodiment with several Channels shown, also with trip hazards that in Flow path for turbulence generation are provided. this Embodiments have not been found to be effective.
A) describes a headbox with a flow channel, its flow desk discontinuous for turbulence generation run. The discontinuity is caused by boundary surfaces that act as structural panels are trained. These structure plates have a turbulence-generating corrugated surface structure, which from perpendicular to the flow direction running waves is formed on. This embodiment also has Practice unsatisfied.
US 5,030,326 shows and describes a headbox with a turbulence insert usual design. As far as can be seen, this turbulence insert has a large number of circularly circular channels. The last area of the spout is also provided with turbulence generating devices, with corrugated partitions. However, these partitions are not with the classic Turbulence insert comparable; they are too far on the flow path downstream to still have the necessary effect.
DE 40 19 593 A1 zeigt einen sektionierten Stoffauflauf, der über seine Breite hinweg in einer der dem Turbulenzerzeuger bzw. der dem Gitter (Lochplatte) in Strömungsrichtung der Faserstoffsuspension vorgeschalteten Kammer durch Trennwände in Sektionen unterteilt ist, wobei der Turbulenzerzeuger in bekannter Weise als Rohrbündel ausgestattet ist.DE 40 19 593 A1 shows a sectioned headbox over its width away in one of the turbulence generator or the grid (perforated plate) in Flow direction of the fibrous suspension upstream chamber Partitions is divided into sections, the turbulence generator in known Way equipped as a tube bundle is.
180° abweichenden Winkel bilden, so daß die zwischen den Wandungspaaren hindurchfließende Stoffsuspension Richtungsänderungen quer zur Hauptströmungsrichtung der Stoffsuspension durchführt.DE 42 39 644 A1 discloses a headbox for a paper machine, wherein in an area between the first and the last chamber at least two Walls are provided, the contours of which are designed such that the lines the minima or maxima of the surface with the lines of the minima or maxima the opposite surface has an angle deviating from 0 ° or 180 ° form so that the flowing through between the wall pairs Stock suspension changes in direction transverse to the main flow direction of the Performs stock suspension.
The object of the invention is to provide a headbox for a paper machine create with which the dispersion of the paper fibers is improved and the mechanical properties of a paper web produced as low as possible Differences in the transverse or longitudinal direction exhibit. Furthermore, there should be the opportunity to to different paper machine speeds and Material suspension properties in a simple way adjust, the setting options via the Machine width should be different.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1 solved.
This ensures that the dispersion of Paper fiber is improved, reducing paper quality is increased. In addition, such Turbulence use with the channels according to the invention easier manufacture than the known turbulence inserts, their channels are formed from tube bundles.
According to a particular idea of the invention Channel width and thus the cross section of the individual channel variable. A change in the cross section can for example, by slidable plates happen so that at one Shift along or across the flow direction itself changing sections of different acceleration and Braking or turbulence result. According to the invention the degree of turbulence on the one hand, but on the other a change in throughput can also be set.
In a special embodiment there is also a sectional one Adjustment of the channels possible, so that a sectional influencing of the throughput or the degree of turbulence is possible, creating a targeted attitude of the basis weight cross profile and the fiber orientation cross profile is made possible.
According to a further aspect of the invention there is provided the variety of channels described above individually or Block by block directly to a large number of upstream Connect mixing valves by at least each fed two different stock suspension flows become. The use is particularly advantageous here of mixing valves with different mixing ratios deliver the same total currents as, for example is shown in DE 42 11 291.
Gemäß der Erfindung entspricht die mögliche Gestaltung der Oberfläche der Kanäle den Ausgestaltungen von Ventilen gemäß der DE 42 39 643.According to the invention, the possible design corresponds to Surface of the channels of the valve designs according to DE 42 39 643.
It is also possible to arrange the, to the outlet area leading channels, as in the distinctive ones Features of claims 2-6 or in the Figure 7 is shown.

Figure 5 shows a longitudinal section through the schematic Building a conventional headbox with the four Areas I, pre-chamber II, turbulence area III and outlet area IV. In the case shown here is the feed in the form of a paraboloid Transverse distribution pipe, from which the stock suspension is introduced in antechambers and then one, out many tubular ducts, turbulence insert is led to the outlet area.
In the case of FIG. 5 there is an influence on the cross profile the paper web simply by adjusting a - not shown here - aperture at the end of the outlet area possible. However, in the headbox shown an adjustment to essential different throughputs not possible.
Figure 1 shows a headbox with an embodiment according to the first aspect of the invention, according to which - with respect Feed I, pre-chamber II and outlet area IV - conventional headbox with a turbulence area III equipped according to the first aspect of the invention is. Accordingly, the turbulence range shown exists from a variety of oblong to the flow direction Channels that are adjustable in their cross section are.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, it is according to the invention the cross sections of the channels are also possible individually adjust so that a sectional regulation of the degree of turbulence and the throughput is also possible. Is in in this case also an aperture setting at the outlet area provided, so result in this embodiment best possible adaptation to different Throughputs and simultaneous opportunities to exert influence the cross profile of the paper web produced in terms of weight, Fiber orientation and by influencing the degree of turbulence also with regard to the flakiness of the produced Paper web.
FIG. 2 shows a further development of the inventive concept, in contrast to the embodiment in FIG. 1 of the suspension head area I of the headbox consisting of a large number of mixers into which two suspension streams Q H and Q L are fed, which combine to form sectional overall streams , In this embodiment of the concept of the invention, there is a particular advantage in that, on the one hand, regulated stock suspension flows are fed to the mixers, which in turn lead to sectionally adjustable volume flows with adjustable density and / or sectional total volume flow; on the other hand, due to the use of adjustable cross-sections in the turbulence area III, there is an optimal adaptation to different stock suspension throughputs through the headbox and thus to a wide range of paper thicknesses or machine speeds to be produced. Optionally, it is also possible to assign a number of channels to be fed to each individual mixer, so that each mixer influences a "packet" of channels and thus also affects the consistency or amount of suspension in the corresponding section. The assignment can relate both horizontally and vertically arranged packages, or both combined, so that both individual sections - based on the width - and individual layers - based on the height of the material jet - can be influenced.
Figure 3 finally shows a more constructive embodiment the headbox in which those shown in Figure 2 Elements are integrated in a stabilizing housing, which affects the stability of the headbox Can give advantages.
With regard to FIGS. 1-3, it should also be pointed out that the antechamber II at a favorable flow Design of the suspension feed in Section I is not is absolutely necessary.
Weiterhin kann es vorteilhaft sein an Stelle von stumpf endenden Trennwänden auch solche zu verwenden, die spitz auslaufen.FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in a perspective section of the turbulence area III according to the invention of a headbox. The direction of flow of the stock suspension is shown by the arrow S. In the embodiment shown, the turbulence area of the headbox is machine-wide divided into sections with a section width B s by partitions T, these partitions T extending from the top to the bottom structural plate S and at the same time serving as a tie rod between these plates. The structure plates are each provided with surface structures on the side facing the suspension, which create turbulence in the material suspension flowing past. In order to avoid markings in the paper web by the partition walls, it may be necessary to provide a trailing section S N at the end of the partition walls. It may also be advantageous to use blunt-ended partitions instead of blunt-ended partitions.
