Description
Vorrichtung zum Erzielen einer guten Durchmischung des Stoffwassers und vermehrter Querlagerung von Fasern an Langsiebpapiermaschinen mit am Stoffkasten angeordneter Stoffauslaßdüse. Es ist bekannt, daß an Langsiebpapiermaschinen der Einfluß der Registerschüttelung im Sinne vermehrter Querlagerung von Fasern (Verfilzung) mit wachsender Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit abnimmt und bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten überhaupt nicht mehr erkennbar ist. Diesem Mangel abzuhelfen durch Herbeiführung vermehrter Querlagerung von Fasern ist der Zweck der Erfindung. Sie besteht darin, daß im Stoffauslauf auf das Maschinensieb, und zwar in der bekannten Auslaufdüse selbst oder doch unmittelbar davor, über den ganzen Querschnitt gleichmäßig verteilt eine Anzahl Prall- oder Widerstandskörper angeordnet sind zu dem Zweck, im Stoffwasserstrom zwar örtlich begrenzte, aber sehr wirkungsvolle Wirbelbewegungen hervorzurufen. Die in diese Wirbel mitgerissenen Fasern lagern sich kreuz und quer und gelangen in diesem Zustand unmittelbar auf das Maschinensieb, d. h. die erstrebte gute Faserverfilzung ist herbeigeführt. Wichtig ist dabei, daß die Vorrichtung zur Durchwirbelung des Stoffwassers unmittelbar vor dem Austritt des Stoffwassers auf das Maschinensieb erfolgt, damit die Fasern im weiteren Laufe nicht wieder langgesträhnt werden und ferner, daß die Prallkörper in dein Teil des Stoffwasserauslaufes angeordnet sind, in dem die zu einer wirksamen Durchwirbelung erforderliche erhöhte Durchflußgeschwindigkeit vorhanden ist.Device for achieving good mixing of the stock water and increased cross storage of fibers on Fourdrinier paper machines with the stock box arranged stock outlet nozzle.
