Claims (12)

  1. Auspuffrohr für eine katalytische Auspuffvorrichtung mit einem Abgassammler (2) und einem Katalysator (5), wobei sich das Auspuffrohr (4) zwischen dem Sammler und dem Katalysator befindet und ein Verbundrohr (8) hat, das aus einem Innenrohr und einem Außenrohr besteht, die zwischen sich einen annähernd ringförmigen Raum bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Verbundrohr (8) innerhalb des Auspuffrohrs (4) befindet, das Außenrohr in etwa mit dem Auspuffrohr in Kontakt gelangt, und dadurch, daß das Innenrohr (10) und das Außenrohr (11) dünne Wände (10A, 11A) haben, deren Dicke unter 0,3 Millimetern liegt.
  2. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Wanddicke des Innenrohrs (10) und des Außenrohrs (11) auf 0,15 bis 0,20 Millimeter beläuft.
  3. Auspuffrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenrohr (10) und das Außenrohr (11) aus rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt sind.
  4. Auspuffrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Ringraum (9) zwischen dem Außenrohr (11) und dem Innenrohr (10) ein Material mit niedriger Wärmekapazität und Dichte (12) angeordnet ist, das partikel- oder faserförmig ist.
  5. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Wärmekapazität des Materials auf 0,25 kcal/kg beläuft und seine Dichte höchstens gleich 0,3 ist.
  6. Auspuffrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Enden des Innenrohrs (10) und des Außenrohrs (11) Ringe (15, 16) vorgesehen sind, die den Ringraum (9) zur Blockierung des Materials (12) abschließen.
  7. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Ende der Rohre (10, 11) ein elastischer Isolierring (15), der in diesem Raum angebracht ist und mit dem Material mit geringer Wärmekapazität und Dichte (12) in Kontakt gelangt, und ein starrer hitzebeständiger Ring (16), der in diesem Raum angebracht ist und mit dem elastischen Isolierring (15) in Kontakt gelangt, angeordnet sind.
  8. Auspuffrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Faserwicklungen aus dem Material (12) außen am Innenrohr (10) in freien Abständen zueinander befestigt sind, wobei das Außenrohr in etwa mit den Faserwicklungen des Materials in Kontakt gelangt.
  9. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wicklungen aus einer Vielzahl von Faserringen (12A) bestehen, die starr in regelmäßigen Abständen das Innenrohr umgeben und einen trapezförmigen oder ähnlichen Querschnitt haben, wobei Ringe (17) auf die Faserringe um diese herum aufgesetzt sind, die in das Außenrohr (11) eingreifen, von denen zumindest einer am Außenrohr befestigt ist.
  10. Auspuffrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses aus einer Vielzahl von Einzelemementen (14) besteht, die miteinander verbunden werden können.
  11. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Einzelelement (14) ein dünnwandiges Außenrohr (11) und Innenrohr (10) und zwischen den Rohren ein Material mit geringer Wärmekapazität und Dichte (12) hat.
  12. Auspuffrohr nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn zwei Einzelelemente miteinander verbunden sind, die entsprechenden Enden (10B, 10C) der Innenrohre ineinander gesteckt sind, während die entsprechenden Enden (11B, 11C) der Außenrohre aneinanderstoßen.
