Abstract

The plate has an opening (8,8') for a locking bolt and is fixed inside the corner of the door-frame. A masking plate (9,9') is formed on it parallel to the stop plate (6,6'). The two plates form angle-pieces, and form two sections extending symmetrically to either side of the plane of the apex (7). The two sections of the masking plate can extend in a common plane, while those of the stop plate are at right angles to each other and to the plane of the masking plates. The bolt openings can be clear of the corner rib forming the apex. Detachable fixing devices can be provided only for the free ends of the angle-piece.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schließblech für aus dem Eckbereich einer Tür oder dergleichen ausfahrbaren Riegel gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a striking plate for bolts which can be extended from the corner region of a door or the like, in accordance with the preamble of claim 1.

Auf dem Markt sind sogenannte Basküleverschlüsse oder Treibstangenschlösser bekannt, bei denen unter einer Stulpe geführte Treibstangen Schließriegel antreiben, welche aus den Eckbereichen der Tür in rahmenseitig angeordnete Schließbleche einfahren. Um ein möglichst günstiges Hebelverhältnis im Verhältnis zu den Scharnieren der Tür zu erreichen, soll der Riegel möglichst entfernt liegen von der Drehachse der Tür. Demzufolge muß auf das zugehörige, im Falzbereich des Rahmens angeordnete Schließblech und insbesondere die darin vorgesehene Riegeleintrittsöffnung einen maximal möglichen Abstand zu der Scharnierachse haben. Zufolge der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung ist ein Eckschließblech gegeben, welches eine winkelförmige Gestalt aufweist. Das Schließblech setzt sich eckseitig winkelförmig fort, so daß beidseitig der Riegeleinstecköffnung Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen werden können. Durch die erfindungsgemäße winkelförmige Struktur ist eine optimale Halterung gegen Herausreißen gewährleistet. Darüber hinaus bietet das Schließblech auch eine Stabilisierung des Rahmens. Rahmenoberteil und Rahmenseitenteil werden mittels dieses Winkels verbunden. Ein weiterer durch eine symmetrische Ausgestaltung des Winkels erzielter Vorteil ist die Verwendbarkeit des Schließbleches, sowohl für links angeschlagene als auch für rechts angeschlagene Türen. Anders als beim eingangs beschriebenen Stand der Technik müssen nun nicht zwei im wesentlichen symmetrisch ausgebildete Winkelschließbleche bereitgehalten werden. Das so weitergebildete Schließblech ist universell verwendbar. Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn das Schließblech ein Hohlprofil ausbildet und im Querschnitt eine U-Form ausbildet, wobei die Sperrplatte von dem U-Scheitel und die Blendplatte von einem U-Schenkel ausgebildet wird. Eine weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung sieht vor, daß die Riegeleintrittsöffnung und die der Riegeleintrittsöffnung rechtwinklig benachbarte Eintrittsöffnung von einem den Winkelscheitel des Eckschließbleches bildenden Ecksteg getrennt sind. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung geht die Riegeleinstecköffnung nicht fließend über in die rechtwinklig dazu verlaufende Ergänzungsriegeleinstecköffnung, welche wirksam wird, wenn das Schließblech bei anders angeschlagenen Türen verwendet wird. Der Ecksteg zwischen den beiden Riegeleinstecköffnungen weist dann eine im Querschnitt L-förmige Profilierung auf, wobei die beiden L-Schenkel von den rechtwinklig zueinander stehenden Abschnitten der Sperrplatte gebildet werden. Der Ecksteg bekommt dadurch eine besondere Stabilität. Entsprechend einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß die Blendplatte, deren beiden rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufenden Abschnitte in einer Ebene liegen, selbst keine Bohrungen oder andere von außen sichtbare Befestigungsmittel aufweist. Dies gibt dem Schließblech ein gefälliges Aussehen. Die Blendplatte kann sich an den Schmalseiten der Sperrplatte in Haltestege fortsetzen, welche sich dann bevorzugt höhenreduziert unter Ausbildung einer Stufe zur Rückseite des Schließbleches fortsetzen. Die Rückseite des Schließbleches wird durch eine Befestigungsrippe gebildet, diese kann eine geringere Höhe aufweisen als die Blendplatte und zu dieser parallel verlaufen. Hierdurch erhält das Schließblech eine im wesentlichen U-förmige Querschnittsgestaltung. Die Riegeleinstecköffnung ist bevorzugt als Langloch gestaltet, wobei sich das an den Schmalseiten abgerundete Langloch in der Erstreckungsrichtung der Sperrplatte erstreckt. Es ist zumindestens eine Befestigungsöffnung in jedem Abschnitt der Sperrplatte vorgesehen. Diese Befestigungsöffnung kann auch als Langloch ausgebildet sein, wobei sich dann das Langloch quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Sperrplatte erstreckt, so daß auch bei in den Rahmen eingeschraubter Schraube das Schließblech noch verlagerbar ist. Zur Einstellung einer optimalen Stellung des Schließbleches kann eine weitere Öffnung in der Sperrplatte vorgesehen sein, welche als runde Bohrung ausgebildet ist, in welche ein Betätigungsglied eines Exzenters ragt, welcher in einem Langloch im Rahmen geführt ist. Durch Drehung dieses Exzenters kann das Schließblech quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung verlagert werden. Zufolge einer symmetrischen Ausgestaltung der beiden Abschnitte der Sperrplatte weist auch der rechtwinklig abstehende Abschnitt eine derartige Exzentersteuerung auf. Der Exzenter 16 weist eine Exzenterscheibe 16' auf, welche bspw. in einem rahmenseitigen Langloch 17 geführt werden kann.
