Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verstärkungssatz für eine Türe.The invention relates to a reinforcement set for a door.

Seit langem besteht das Bedürfnis, vorhandene Türen,, insbesondere Eingangstüren von Wohnungen, durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen gegen Einbruch zu schützen. So ist es bekannt, Holztüren durch eine Blechauflage oder durch Anbringen von Stahlstreifen zu verstärken, ebenso ist der zusätzliche Einbau weiterer Schlösser oft angewendet worden. Die bisher bekanntgewordenen Maßnahmen zur Verstärkung einer Tür erhöhen zwar tatsächlich die Einbruchssicherheit, lassen jedoch andere schwache Punkte der Tür unberücksichtigt, wodurch - insbesondere bei roher Gewaltanwendung - ein Einbruch nicht vermieden werden kann. Es ist ein Ziel der Erfindung, einen Verstärkungssatz für vorhandene Türen zu schaffen, der durch die sinnvolle und einander ergänzende Kombination verschiedener Sicherungsmittel die Verstärkung einer Tür in einem Maße erlaubt, die sie weitgehend einbruchssicher macht.For a long time there has been a need to protect existing doors, in particular entrance doors of apartments, against burglary by additional measures.   • c) ein mit der schloßseitigen Montageleiste verbindbares Stockprofil mit Einsperröffnungen für Schloßriegel und -falle,
  • d) ein an dem Türblatt befestigbares, dieses im wesentlichen vollständig abdeckendes Verstärkungsblech,
  • e) ein mit dem Türblatt verbindbares, das Verstärkungsblech überlappendes, sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckendes Schloßprofil zur Aufnahme des Schlosses und der Verriegelungseinrichung,
  • f) bandseitig ein mit dem Türblatt verbindbares, das Verstärkungsblech überlappendes, sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckendes Hinterhaken- .. profil mit Türbändern, dessen Hinterhaken bei geschlossener Türe von dem bandseitigen Stockprofil abgedeckt ist.

Wie aus Fig. 1 in Zusammenhang mit den Fig. 3 und 4 hervorgeht, soll ein Türblatt 1, dem ein Türstock 2 zugeordnet ist, verstärkt werden. Zu diesem Zweck sind zwei Montageleisten 3 und 4 vorgesehen, die vertikal, im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türhöhe verlaufen und neben dem Türstock im Mauerwerk verankerbar sind. Zu diesem Zweck können beispielsweise Maueranker 5 (Fig. 4) verwendet werden. Der bandseitigen Montageleiste 3 ist ein Stockprofil 6 zugeordnet, das mit Türbändern 7 versehen ist und dessen Form der Fig. 3 im Schnitt entnehmbar ist. In ähnlicher Weise ist der schloßseitigen Montageleiste 4 ein Stockprofil 8 zugeordnet, in welchem Einsperröffnungen für den Schloßriegel und die Schloßfalle ausgebildet sind. Zur Aufnahme des Schlosses 11 und einer allfälligen weiteren Verriegelungseinrichtung ist weiters ein sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckendes Schloßprofil 12 vorgesehen, welches das Verstärkungsblech 10 überlappt. An der anderen Seite des Türblattes 1 kann ein Hinterhakenprofil 13 befestigt werden, welches das Verstärkungsblech 10 überlappt und sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckt. Drehriegel bieten weiters den Vorteil, daß sie aufgrund ihrer Konstruktion leicht betätigbar sind, was bei Verwendung eines üblichen Zylinderschlosses einen wesentlichen Vorteil darstellt. Zur Abdeckung des bandseitigen bzw. schloßseitigen Stockprofils 6 bzw. 8 sowie des Schloßprofils 12 und des Hinterhakenprofils 13 sind Abdeckbleche 21, 22, 23 und 24 vorgesehen. Diese Abdeckbleche sind zwar für die Funktion des Verstärkungssatzes nicht wesentlich, sie werden jedoch in Hinblick auf den ästhetischen Eindruck der Tür immer verwendet werden. Überdies halten sie auch an der Türinnenseite Unbefugte von den Sperr- und Befestigungseinrichtungen der Türe ab. Verstärkungssatz für eine Türe, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination der folgenden, zum Teil an sich bekannten Merkmale: a) zwei beidseitig der Türöffnung an der Wand befestigbare, insbesondere im Mauerwerk verankerbare, im wesentlichen über die Türhöhe vertikal verlaufende Montageleisten (3,4), b) ein mit der bandseitigen Montageleiste (3) verbindbares Stockprofil (6) mit Türbändern (7), c) ein mit der schloßseitigen Montageleiste (4) verbindbares Stockprofil (8) mit Einsperröffnungen (9) für Schloßriegel und -falle, d) ein an dem Türblatt (1) befestigbares, dieses im wesentlichen vollständig abdeckendes Verstärkungsblech (10), e) ein mit dem Türblatt (1) verbindbares, das Verstärkungsblech (10) überlappendes, sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckendes Schloßprofil (12) zur Aufnahme des Schlosses (11) und der Verriegelungseinrichtung, f) bandseitig ein mit dem Türblatt (1) verbindbares, das Verstärkungsblech (10) überlappendes, sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türblatthöhe erstreckendes Hinterhakenprofil (13) mit Türbändern (14), dessen Hinterhaken (15) bei geschlossener Türe von dem bandseitigen Stockprofil (6) abgedeckt ist. 1.
