Claims (13)
- Abstandshalterstopfen aus Kunststoff für aus hohlen Profilstäben bestehende Fenstersprossen von Isolierglasscheiben, der in die Sprossenenden einsteckbar und an dem Rahmenprofilkörper der Isolierglasscheibe durch Anschießen befestigbar ist, wobei der Stopfen einen Stirnflansch aufweist, welcher im in das Sprossenende eingesteckten Zustand des Stopfens einerseits auf der Sprossenstirnseite und andererseits auf der dieser gegenüberliegenden Rahmenprofilkörperoberfläche aufliegt, und wobei die Stopfenoberfläche wabenartige Vertiefungen aufweist, die durch sich quer zur Einsteckrichtung des Stopfens erstreckende parallele Zwischenwände (6) voneinander getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer zur Stopfenlängsrichtung gemessene Breite B der Zwischenwände (6) des Stopfens (1) wesentlich kleiner ist als die über die beiden parallelen äußeren Randkanten (4, 5) gemessene Breite D des Stopfens.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite B der Quenvände (6) etwa ein Drittel der Stopfenbreite D beträgt.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenwände (6) durch eine sich in Richtung der Stopfenlängsachse erstreckende Längswand (14) verbunden sind, die zusammen mit den Zwischenwänden (6) die Bodenwand (2) und Deckenwand (3) des Stopfens, die wenigstens teilweise parallel zueinander verlaufen, abstützt.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längswand 14 in der Symmetrieebene des Stopfens angeordnet ist.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenwände (6) bezüglich ihrer Breite B symmetrisch zur Längswand (14) angeordnet sind.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenwände (6) den gleichen Abstand E voneinander aufweisen.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die über die seitlichen Außenränder (15, 16) der Zwischenwände (6) überstehenden Teile (17, 18) der Deckenwand (2) und Bodenwand (3) elastisch verformbar sind und daß die unmittelbar auf den Zwischenwänden (6) aufliegenden Teile (19, 20) der Deckenwand (2) und Bodenwand (3) starr sind.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende (8) des Stopfens (1) von einer Zwischenwand (6) abgeschlossen wird und konisch zugespitzt ausgebildet ist.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende (7) des Stopfens (1) mit dem Stirnflansch (13) versehen ist, der Teil einer Zwischenwand (6) ist.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stirnflansch (13) mit seitlichen Aussparungen (9, 10) versehen ist, die ihrer Form nach an den Sprossenprofilsquerschnitt angepaßt sind.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Stopfenlängsrichtung gemessene Länge L der Zwischenwände (6) kleiner ist als der Abstand E der Zwischenwände (6) voneinander und damit deren Länge.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am hinteren Ende (7) des Stopfens (1) gelegene Zwischenwand (6) Teil des Stirnflansches (13) ist.
- Abstandshalterstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Dicke der Deckenwand (2) und der Bodenwand (3) zu ihren parallelen Rändern (11, 12) hin verringert.
