Abstract

Selon l'invention, l'utilisation d'un procédé de recyclage de PVC rigide permet de résoudre les problèmes de récupération de ces déchets. Ce procédé consiste à mélanger le PVC rigide, lequel se fractionne en morceaux (14), avec une nouvelle résine PVC (12) à laquelle on a ajouté un certain nombre de plastifiants (13), à comprimer et à faire fondre ce mélange, puis à l'extruder dans un outil (7, 8) et à le mettre sous forme de pastilles (9). Ainsi, on peut utiliser le matériau (15) obtenu selon ce procédé dans la production de nouveaux produits, étant donné que les propriétés physiques de ce matériau correspondent à celles du PVC neuf et qu'il peut présenter, en outre, une plus grande souplesse.
