Abstract

The lifting unit (1) has one or more beams (2) fixed to it which have horizontally movable supporting members (3) on their ends, each with a standing plate. Hebebühnen kommen überwiegend in KFZ-Werkstätten zur Durchführung von Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten zum Einsatz. Bei PKWs mit tragenden Karosseriekonstruktionen muß darauf geachtet werden, daß beim Anheben der Fahrzeuge die Auflageelemente der Hebebühne sich unter den vom Hersteller vorgegebenen Anhebepunkten befinden, da sonst das Fahrzeug beschädigt und damit die mechanische Steifigkeit der Karosserie beeinträchtigt werden kann. Durch unsachgemäßes Anheben verursachte Beschädigungen der Karosserie können das Fahrverhalten des Fahrzeugs und das vorausberechnete Verformungsverhalten der Karosserie bei einem Unfall negativ beeinflussen. Ferner können Kraftfahrzeuge mit unterschiedlichen Achsbreiten mit starren Hebebühnen nicht angehoben werden, sofern diese nicht extra für diesen einen Fahrzeugtyp ausgelegt sind.Lifts are mainly used in vehicle workshops to carry out inspection and maintenance work. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das formsteife Auflageelement (3) direkt und kippsicher auf dem jeweiligen Endteil des Trägers (2) verschiebbar und begrenzt verdrehbar gelagert ist.
