Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lippenstiftgerät, bei dem eine Drallhülse aus Kunststoff auf einem Schlitzrohr aus Kunststoff zwischen einem Widerlagerwulst und einem Ringsims des Schlitzrohres angeordnet ist und dem Ringsims eine Stirnkante zuwendet, und bei dem das Schlitzrohr einen Massenapf auf- und abbeweglich aufnimmt und die Drallhülse und das Schlitzrohr als eine mit radialer Spannung arbeitende jeweils einstückige Bremseinrichtung zusammenwirken.The invention relates to a lipstick device, in which a swirl sleeve made of plastic is arranged on a slotted tube made of plastic between an abutment bead and an annular ledge of the slotted tube and the end ledge faces an end edge, and in which the slotted tube accommodates a mass bowl up and down and the twisted sleeve and the slotted tube cooperate as a one-piece braking device working with radial tension.
Bei einem bekannten (DE-PS 34 25 591) Lippenstiftgerät dieser Art endet die Drallhülse an dem Ringsims, der an der Stirnkante mit dem Außenumfang der Drallhülse fluchtet. Es ist durch die Praxis bekannt, an diesem Lippenstiftgerät eine Bremseinrichtung vorzusehen, indem das Schlitzrohr gegenüber dem Ringsims axial versetzt zwei Noppen bildet, an denen ein unterer Endstreifen der Drallhülse unter radialer Spannung anliegt. Die Bremseinrichtung wirkt dadurch, daß die einander diametral gegenüber angeordneten Noppen das Schlitzrohr im Querschnitt leicht oval verformen, wodurch das Schlitzrohr unter radialer Spannung steht. Wenn die Drallhülse mit dieser Bremseinrichtung relativ zum Schlitzrohr mit den Fingern gedreht wird, so spürt man, daß die Drehbewegung nicht genügend gleichmäßig, ruhig und ruckfrei erfolgt. Dieser Mangel tritt verstärkt auf, wenn die Drallhülse außen von einer metallenen Zierhülse überzogen ist, die dazu neigt, einen unrunden, ovalen Querschnitt anzunehmen.In a known (DE-PS 34 25 591) lipstick device of this type, the swirl sleeve ends at the ring ledge, which is aligned at the front edge with the outer circumference of the swirl sleeve. Das erfindungsgemäße Lippenstiftgerät ist, diese Aufgabe lösend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringsims an der Stirnkante gegenüber dem Außenumfang der Drallhülse radial, über den Umfang Freiraum bildend, zurückspringt, daß die Drallhülse sich in den Freiraum einstückig mit in der Wandstärke dünnerem Bremsring fortsetzt, der an dem Ringsims unter radialer Spannung anliegt, und daß die Mantelfläche des Ringsimses in axialer Richtung konisch ist und der Bremsring mit einem Endbereich an einem Ringstreifen der Ringsims-Mantelfläche anliegt.It is an object of the invention to provide a lipstick device of the type mentioned in the introduction, in which the braking direction acts more evenly, more smoothly or more smoothly than before. Bei den Lippenstiftgeräten gemäß Zeichnung ist jeweils unten ein Fußstück 1 vorgesehen, das einstückig nach oben ragend ein Schlitzrohr 2 trägt, das an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit je einem axial verlaufenden Schlitz 3 versehen ist. Das Schlitzrohr 2 nimmt auf- und abverschiebbar einen Massenapf 4 auf, in den von oben her ein nicht gezeigter Lippenstift gesteckt wird. Der Massenapf 4 trägt nicht gezeigte radial wegragende Zapfen, die durch je einen der Schlitze 3 hindurchragen. Auf dem Schlitzrohr 2 sitzt drehbar eine Drallhülse 5, die an der Innenseite zwei Wendelbahnnuten 6 aufweist, in welche die radialen Zapfen des Massenapfes 4 greifen.
