    a first air-gap (17) in which the movable contact arm (5) extends to occupy a rest position in the closed state of the contacts (3, 4), and an active position of separation of the contacts when the current intensity exceeds a preset threshold,
    a pivoting blade (8) operating in conjunction with polar faces (13) of the magnetic circuit (7) to form a second air-gap (19) situated opposite the first air-gap (17),
