Abstract

Zum flexiblen Zusammenstellen von Boxen mit Aufnahmen für Stückgut wird ein Boxenteil (1) vorgeschlagen, an dessen mindestens einer Scharnierpartie (3) sich Scharnierlaschen (5) und Aussparungen (7) folgen. Dabei ist am einen Ende der Scharnierpartie (3) eine Lasche, am anderen ein laschenfreier Abschnitt (7) vorgesehen. Damit können je nach Wunsch immer gleich ausgeformte Boxenteile zu einer Box zusammengestellt werden.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Boxenteil für eine Box mit Kunststoffaufnahmen für Teile eines Satzes von Stücken, wie beispielsweise von Schraubschlüsselsätzen, Bohrersätzen, Schraubenziehersätzen etc., welche zwei Boxenteile aufweist, woran je im wesentlichen linear ausgebildete Scharnierseiten mittels eines Scharniers verbunden sind, wobei hierzu jeder Boxenteil mindestens zwei in Scharnierachsrichtung gleich lange Scharnierlaschen aufweist, welche zwischen sich einen Abschnitt freilassen.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft im weiteren eine Box, aufgebaut mit zwei der erwähnten Teile, sowie einen Satz von mindestens drei derartigen Boxenteilen.
  • Es sind Kunststoffboxen eingangs genannter Art bekannt, bei welchen in mindestens einem der Teile Kunststoffaufnahmen eingeformt sind. Dabei sind weniger Boxen angesprochen, welche einen Gehäuseteil umfassen, woran, lösbar und ähnlich Pralineneinlagen, Einlagen aufgenommen sind jeweils mit den erwähnten Stückaufnahmen, sondern vielmehr Boxen, woran die erwähnten Aufnahmen in die diesbezüglich einteilig ausgebildeten Boxenteile eingeformt sind.
  • Derartige Boxen weisen entlang jeweiliger Scharnierpartien je vorspringende, gleich lange Scharnierlaschen auf, welche, an jedem der Teile einzeln betrachtet, Abschnitte zwischen sich frei lassen, in welche jeweils die Laschen des andern Teils eingreifen.
  • Dabei ist es üblich, dass, betrachtet ausgehend vom einen Ende der Scharnierpartie eines der Boxenteile, sich gleich lang ausgebildete Scharnierlaschen und Abschnitte so folgen, dass entweder an beiden Enden der Scharnierpartie je eine Lasche vorgesehen ist oder je ein laschenfreier Abschnitt für die Aufnahme einer Lasche des andern Teils. Diese Boxenteile sind durch eine im wesentlichen unlösbare Scharnierverbindung miteinander verbunden.
  • Damit legt eine vorliegende Box der erwähnten bekannten Art abschliessend, mit ihren Kunststoffaufnahmen in vorzugsweise beiden Boxenteilen, die Stücke, welche in der Box aufgenommen werden können, fest.
  • Ausgehend von den erwähnten bekannten Boxen bzw. ihren Teilen ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, Boxenteile vorzuschlagen, welche flexibel, je nach Bedarf, frei zu einer Box zusammengestellt werden können. Damit soll möglich werden, dass nicht mehr ganze Boxen mit zugehörigen Sätzen von Stücken beispielsweise zum Verkauf angeboten werden müssen, sondern, dass ein Käufer, je nach seinen spezifischen Bedürfnissen, Boxenteile mit den gewünschten Aufnahmen und damit Stücken "modular" zusammenstellen und die Box auf einfache Art und Weise komplettieren kann. Desgleichen sollen beispielsweise Handwerker je nach Bedarf eine Box so zusammenstellen können, dass die gerade benötigten Werkzeugteile dann vereint aufgenommen werden.
  • Dies wird, ausgehend von den Boxenteilen eingangs genannter Art, auf höchst einfache Art und Weise dadurch erreicht, dass, entlang der Scharnierpartie am Boxenteil, am einen Ende eine Scharnierlasche, am andern eine Aussparung für eine Scharnierlasche angeordnet sind und dass mindestens ein vorgesehener Abschnitt zwischen Scharnierlaschen mindestens gleich lang ist wie die Scharnierlaschen.
  • Damit wird es möglich, zwei der erwähnten erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten Boxenteile frei zu verbinden. Es können bezüglich der Scharnierpartie gleich ausgebildete Boxenteile mit völlig unterschiedlichen Aufnahmemustern versehen werden und flexibel jeweils zwei, den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen entsprechend, zu einer Box komplettiert werden.
  • Obwohl die Lösbarkeit der einzelnen Boxenteile auch durch entsprechende Ausformungen und Einformungen an den Laschen in Scharnierachsrichtung, schnappverschlussähnlich, realisierbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Laschen eine mindestens im wesentlichen geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung in der erwähnten Achsrichtung definieren. Im weiteren ist der erwähnte Boxenteil vorzugsweise einteilig aus Kunststoff gefertigt und weist auf einer Flachseite die erwähnten Aufnahmen auf. Eine erfindungsgemässe Box mit zwei der erwähnten Boxenteile weist weiter mindestens einen ausziehbaren Scharnierstift auf, welcher die Laschen an den jeweiligen Boxenteilen scharnierartig verbindet und vorzugsweise mit den Laschen eine Schnappverbindung eingeht.
  • Das sich ergebende weitere Problem, wonach nämlich erfindungsgemäss zwei gleiche Boxenteile am Scharnier ohne weiteres verbindbar sind, jedoch auch komplementäre Verschlussteile aufweisen sollten, wird in einer ersten Variante dadurch gelöst, dass an der erfindungsgemässen Box bzw. den erfindungsgemässen Boxenteilen entfernbare Verschlusspartien vorgesehen sind, bevorzugterweise je ein oder mehrere Magnete, die in entsprechende Aufnahmen an den Boxenteilen einlegbar bzw. einklemmbar sind.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante weisen die Boxenteile an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten Scharnierpartien der angegebenen Art auf, mit Abschnitten und Laschen, wobei die Laschen und Abschnitte an einer Scharnierpartie bezüglich denjenigen an der anderen versetzt angeordnet sind. Dabei weisen auch hier die Laschen Durchgangsbohrungen auf, womit aus zwei der letzterwähnten Boxenteile eine Box zusammengestellt werden kann, indem je ein Scharnierbereich jedes Teils mittels Stiften scharnierverbunden wird und die Scharnierpartien an den nicht verbundenen Teilseiten mit den identischen Stiften als Verschlusspartien eingesetzt werden. Damit wird eine sehr hohe Flexibilität erzielt, die Boxen nach Wunsch zusammenzustellen.
  • Im weiteren wird ein Satz von mindestens drei der erfindungsgemässen Teile vorgeschlagen, welche unterschiedliche Aufnahmen für unterschiedliche Sätze von Stücken aufweisen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anschliessend beispielsweise anhand von Figuren erläutert.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt, perspektivisch, eine erste erfindungsgemässe Box mit zwei erfindungsgemässen Boxenteilen in erster Realisationsform.
  • Ein erster Teil 1, vorzugsweise einteilig aus Kunststoff geformt, umfasst eine sich linear erstreckende Scharnierpartie 3, woran mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei oder mehr Scharnierlaschen 5 angeformt sind. Entlang der Partie 3, in Scharnierachsrichtung x fortschreitend, ist am einen Ende der Partie 3 eine Lasche 5, hingegen am andern Ende ein laschenfreier Abschnitt 7 vorgesehen. Entlang der Partie 3 sind Laschen 5 und Abschnitte 7 ohne Laschen vorgesehen, wobei in besagter Richtung x alle Laschen und laschenfreien Abschnitte 5 bzw. 7 im wesentlichen gleich lang oder die Abschnitte 7 länger sind.
  • Am Teil 1 sind Aufnahmen 9 für die Stücke eines Satzes von z.B. Werkzeugen eingeformt. Bündig mit der Flachseite 11 des Teiles 1, worin die Aufnahmen 9 eingeformt sind, ist eine Halteschlaufe 13 angeformt.
  • Der zweite Teil 20 der erfindungsgemässen Box ist, insbesondere bezüglich Scharnierpartie 3, gleich ausgebildet wie die Partie 3 am vorbeschriebenen Teil 1. Damit können diese beiden Teile 1 und 20 verbunden werden und durch Einführen eines lösbaren Scharnierstiftes 15 in Oeffnungen 17, je in den Scharnierlaschen 5, verbunden werden. Am zweiten Teil 20 sind gleiche oder anders ausgeformte Aufnahmen 9' für den gleichen oder einen andern Satz von Stücken, insbesondere Werkzeugstücken, eingeformt.
  • Der Verschluss der zu einer Box zusammengestellten Boxenteile 1 und 20 wird z.B. mittels entfernbarer Verschlussorgane je an den Teilen 1, 20 realisiert, z.B. durch Permanentmagnete 21, welche in entsprechende Aufnahmen 9a bzw. 9a' eingesteckt werden.
  • Wie ersichtlich, können für die Fertigung dieser Teile 1 und 20, was ihre Aussenform mit den Scharnierpartien 3 anbelangt, die gleichen Werkzeuge eingesetzt werden. Beliebig können Teile entsprechend 1 und 20 frei zusammengestellt werden, je nach Bedürfnis bezüglich der aufzunehmenden Sätze von Stücken.
  • In Fig. 2 ist, in Darstellung analog zu derjenigen von Fig. 1, eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Box mit entsprechend bevorzugter Ausbildung ihrer Boxenteile dargestellt. Es sind für die funktionell gleichen Teile der Box die bereits in Fig. 1 verwendeten Bezugszeichen verwendet. Die Boxenteile 1 und 20 weisen je zwei Scharnierpartien 3 auf, die sich entlang paralleler Seiten gegenüberliegen. Entlang dieser an einem Teil 1 bzw. 20 vorgesehenen Scharnierpartien 3 wechseln sich die Laschen 5 mit Abschnitten 7 gestaffelt ab, wie in Fig. 2 durch die gestrichelt eingetragene Zuordnung dargestellt ist. Bevorzugterweise ist auf beiden Seiten je eines Teils eine Halteeinformung 16 vorgesehen.
  • Wie ersichtlich, können nun diese Teile völlig frei zusammengestellt werden, und zudem wirkt eine Scharnierpartie tatsächlich als Scharnier, während die andere als Verschlusspartie dient. Hierzu werden für Scharnierbildung und Verschlussbildung vorzugsweise dieselben Stifte 15a bzw. 15b eingesetzt, die bevorzugterweise mit den jeweiligen Laschen 5 eine Schnappverbindung eingehen und zu diesem Zweck beispielsweise mit einem Schnappring 30 endständig versehen sind.
  • Bevorzugterweise, und wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt, sind die Scharnierlaschen 5 in die abgerundete Form der Teile 1 bzw. 20 eingeformt, welch letztere je Standausformungen 22 aufweisen, um die erfindungsgemässe Box auf der jeweiligen scharnierbehafteten Schmalseite abstellen zu können.
  • Im weiteren können (nicht dargestellt) auf der Aussenseite der Box Markierungsschieber vorgesehen sein, mit welchen, flexibel, beispielsweise mit selektiv abdeckbarer Pfeilangabe, jeweils angezeigt werden kann, was Scharnierpartie und was Verschlusspartie ist, damit, je nach Füllinhalt der Box, jeweils auf der richtigen Seite geöffnet wird.

Claims (11)

  1. Für eine Box mit Kunststoffaufnahmen (9, 9') für einen Satz von Stücken mit zwei scharnierverbundenen Boxenteilen (1, 20), je mit Scharnierpartien, eines der Boxenteile, das an seiner Scharnierpartie (3) mindestens zwei im wesentlichen gleich lange Scharnierlaschen (5) aufweist, die zwischen sich einen Abschnitt (7) frei lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Scharnierpartie (3), in Scharnierachsrichtung (x) fortschreitend, am einen Ende eine Scharnierlasche (5) und am anderen ein Abschnitt (7) vorgesehen ist und dass mindestens ein vorgesehener, zwischen Scharnierlaschen (5) liegender Abschnitt (7) mindestens gleich lang wie die Laschen (5) ist.
  2. Boxenteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (5) eine mindestens im wesentlichen geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung (17) in der erwähnten Richtung (x) definieren.
  3. Boxenteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einteilig ist, aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist und die Aufnahmen (9) aufweist.

Boxenteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Scharnierpartie (3) vorgesehen ist, woran, in der Scharnierachsrichtung, die Scharnierlaschen (5a, 5b) versetzt angeordnet sind, wobei vorzugsweise an beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Griffpartie (16) angeformt ist.
  5. Box mit zwei der Teile nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Scharnierlaschen (5) und Zwischenabschnitte (7) ineinandergreifen und mindestens ein ausziehbarer Scharnierstift (15) die Laschen verbindet.
  6. Box nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Boxenteile an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten als Scharnierpartie (3) ausgebildet sind, mit in besagter Richtung jeweils gestaffelt angeordneten Scharnierlaschen (5a, 5b), und dass die Scharnierlaschen in erwähnter Richtung eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung definieren, wobei eine erste Stiftanordnung (15a) als Verschlussstiftanordnung, eine zweite (15b) als Scharnierstiftanordnung eingesetzt sind.
  7. Box nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, im wesentlichen zentral an den Teilen, vorzugsweise je sich gegenüberliegend, je eine Griffpartie (16) in die Teile eingeformt ist.
  8. Box nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (15, 15a, 15b) mit den Laschen (5) eine lösbare Rastverbindung bilden.
  9. Box nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Teile (1, 20) mit einer entfernbaren Verschlusspartie (21) verbindbar sind, vorzugsweise, dass an beiden Teilen, sich über das Scharnier gegenüberliegend, entfernbare Magnetteile (21) vorgesehen sind.
  10. Satz von mehreren Boxenteilen (1, 20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit unterschiedlichen Aufnahmeeinformungen (9, 9') für unterschiedliche Sätze von Stücken.
  11. Verwendung der Boxenteile nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 oder der Box nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9 zur Aufnahme von Werkzeugen oder zusammengehörenden Werkzeugteilen.
