Claims (10)
- Verschlußkappe (1) für den mit einem Gewinde versehenen Hals (2) eines Behälters, bestehend aus einem Kappenkörper (3), der eine Bodenwand (5) und eine von der Bodenwand vorspringende, mit einem Innengewinde (7) versehene, ringfömige Schürze (6) aufweist und aus einer kreisförmigen Dichtung (4) mit einem Außendurchmesser, der größer als der Außendurchmesser des Halses ist, welche in den Kappenkörper in eine Lage nahe der Bodenwand eingesetzt ist, wobei der Kappenkörper mit Mitteln zum Anpressen der Dichtung gegen die Stirnseite und gegen den äußeren Rand des Behälterhalses versehen ist, die durch ein allgemein kegelstumpfförmiges Randprofil (9) gebildet sind, das an der Verschneidung der Schürze mit der Bodenwand des Kappenkörpers vorgesehen ist und sich über einen konkaven Bereich (12) an die Bodenwand (5) sowie über einen konkaven Bereich (13) an die Schürze (6) anschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (4) aus einem als Gassperre wirkenden Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist oder ein solches enthält, das einen Gleitmodul aufweist, der zwischen 1300 und 2200 MPa liegt und dass sich die allgemein kegelstumpfförmige Profilform über eine Höhe erstreckt, die größer als die Dicke der Dichtung (4) ist und einen Kegelwinkel aufweist, der gleich oder kleiner 90° ist.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kegelstumpfförmige Profilform sich über eine Höhe erstreckt, die wenigstens gleich der zweifachen Dicke der Dichtung (4) ist.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch, gekennzeichnet, dass der Kegelwinkel der kegelstumpfförmigen Profilform zwischen 90° und 45° liegt.
- Verschlußkappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kegelwinkel der kegelstumpfförmigen Profilform in der Größenordnung von 60° liegt.
- Verschlußkappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmige Profilform durch zwei kegelstumpfförmige Abschnitte (10, 11) gebildet ist, von denen der erste Abschnitt einen Kegelwinkel zwischen 45° und 60° und der zweite Abschnitt einen Kegelwinkel zwischen 60° und 90° aufweist, wobei die beiden kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitte (10, 11) sich über einen konvexen Abschnitt (14) aneinander anschliessen.
- Verschlußkappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kappenkörper (3) auf der Innenseite der Bodenwand (5), oberhalb der Stirnseite (15) des Halses (2), vorspringende Verriegelungsmittel (17) aufweist, die sich beim Festziehen der Verschlußkappe in die Dichtung (4) eingraben.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (4) mit wenigstens einer Schicht einer Dicke zwischen 100 und 250 µm des vorgenannten Kunststoffmaterials mit einem Gleitmodul zwischen ca. 1300 und 2200 MPa ausgebildet ist.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus einer Folie aus PET, PA PVDC oder E/VAL besteht.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (4) außerdem wenigstens eine Schicht mit einer Dicke zwischen 300 und 350µm eines Kunststoffmaterials aufweist, dessen Gleitmodul zwischen etwa 100 und 300 MPa liegt.
- Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus einer Folie aus PP-Elastomerem besteht.
