Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de perçage, fraisage et fendage de la roche, de minéraux et matériaux similaires comportant des excentriques (14, 26, 37) entraínés à vitesse rapide, sur lesquels des douilles (2, 12, 13; 20, 23; 35, 36) à vitesse lente munies d'outils (4, 7) sont logées de manière rotative, caractérisées par la combinaison d'au moins deux douilles d'outils (2, 12, 13, 20, 23; 35, 36) équilibrées par contrepoids sur un seul arbre à excentrique (11, 25), qui fonctionne soit de manière autonome en rotation avec superposition par impact, soit qui, entraíné, fraise avec superposition par impact.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que trois douilles (35, 36) et les outils sont synchronisés les uns avec les autres ou équilibrés sur trois excentriques (37) d'un arbre en ce que la douille centrale avec outils est deux fois plus large et plus lourde qu'une douille d'outil extérieure et que l'excentrique central (37) est décalé de 180° par rapport aux deux excentriques extérieurs.
  6. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par les supports (28, 33) et/ou des logements entre deux excentriques et deux douilles d'outils (20, 23; 35, 36) - avec entraínement (29, 34) pour l'arbre à excentrique (25, 27) - avec ou sans entraínement pour les douilles d'outils.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par un support central (28) et/ou un logement avec entraínement (29) pour un excentrique (26) respectivement équipé d'une douille d'outil (20, 23).
  8. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par un arbre à excentrique (11) pour entraíner une douille d'outil intérieure ou une douille d'outil intérieure et extérieure (12, 13) avec un support unilatéral (18) et/ou un logement.
