Description

The invention relates to a cassette for false ceilings, which can be attached or attached in particular releasably to a building or room ceiling by means of a holding structure and which has an essentially flat cassette floor with a lower visible side and preferably opposite edges and flanges for attacking a holder, whereby the cassette bottom has a large number of perforations and a sound-absorbing layer on the visible side.

There are sound-absorbing building boards for cladding interior walls, in particular ceiling panels, i.e. cassettes of the type mentioned, made of perforated metal, which are provided on the visible side, i.e. the ceiling side facing the viewer, with a sound-absorbing layer or film, which is bonded with the adhesive Perforated sheet is connected. With the help of a porous lacquer layer, which is arranged on the outside of this sound-absorbing layer or film, a solidification and color design should be achieved without impairing the sound-absorbing property.

The object is therefore to create a cassette of the type mentioned at the outset in which an additional porous lacquer layer on the sound-absorbing layer can be avoided and the acoustic transparency and the absorbency of the cassette is improved.

To solve this problem, the aforementioned cassette with a sound-absorbing layer is characterized in that the sound-absorbing layer is a plaster layer made of an organically bound plaster and that particles with a grain size are provided in the plaster that are at least partially larger than the side or Have diameter dimensions of the perforations in the bottom of the cassette. An organically bound plaster can easily be applied to a metal cassette or sheet metal cassette. The perforations also ensure good mechanical adhesion. At the same time it is achieved that at least the majority of the plaster mass remains on the visible side because the grain size of the particles in the plaster is chosen accordingly. Nevertheless, acoustic transparency is maintained or improved because the plaster is porous and the porosity extends to and through the perforations of the actual cassette.

This results in good acoustic transparency and a high level of sound insulation, but at the same time the production is simplified and an additional outer lacquer layer, which should also be porous, is avoided.

It is particularly expedient if the plaster has a spray plaster structure and if an aqueous, copolymeric plastic dispersion is provided as the binder. A spray plaster structure results in a somewhat rough surface, which accommodates the sound insulation. In addition, a high porosity can be achieved. At the same time, there is good adhesion to the cassette base, which is usually made of sheet metal.

Grains, preferably marble grains, of 1 millimeter, 1.2 millimeters to 4 millimeters can be embedded in the plaster layer and the perforations in the cassette bottom can have a diameter of 1 millimeter to 4 millimeters. Depending on the size of the perforations, corresponding grits can therefore be provided within the plaster, which do not completely cover the perforations, but which in turn do not penetrate into the perforations or only partially.

It can be advantageous if part of the plaster is arranged through the perforations up to the back of the cassette bottom. In particular, the portion of the plaster in which the grits are embedded can penetrate somewhat through the perforations and thus also establish a positive mechanical connection between the plaster layer and the cassette floor when the plaster has set. In addition, this results in an even thicker plaster layer, because this is not only arranged on the visible side, but also at least in the area of the perforations on the opposite side of the cassette bottom and therefore has a greater thickness and therefore a greater absorption capacity.

The plaster layer can be plastic-bonded sand with an embedded marble grain, and in particular plastic-bonded sand can penetrate the perforations in whole or in part. This improves the aforementioned mechanical connection of the plaster layer to the perforated cassette floor.

A further embodiment of the invention can consist in that colored pigments are added to the plaster. Thus, the plaster used for sound insulation and absorption can have an additional function, because at the same time the coloring of a corresponding coffered ceiling can be influenced in any way.

Especially when combining one or more of the features and measures described above, a cassette results, in which the acoustic transparency and the absorption capacity are improved by the application of an organically bound plaster with a spray structure and a corresponding marble grain, without the need for a porous lacquer layer. An aqueous, polymeric plastic dispersion can serve as the binder base, that is to say a special plaster can be used, as is known per se in the construction industry, so that no additional and complex measures are required to produce a corresponding plaster. This advantageously results in a layer that is flame retardant and has a relatively low specific weight of only about 1.9 g / cm 3. Since individual plaster layer particles can penetrate the perforations in the base of the cassette, the adhesion against mechanical loads is improved.

A cassette designated as a whole with 1 serves to form a false ceiling with further such cassettes 1, which can be detachably suspended or attached to a building or room ceiling by means of a holding structure designated as a whole as 2. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the cassette 1 has a substantially flat cassette base 3 with a lower visible side 4 and this opposite edges 5 or flanges, on which a holder 6 of the holding structure 2 can engage, as shown in FIG. 2.

According to FIG. 4, the cassette base 3 has a large number of perforations 7 and, according to all the figures, the visible side of this cassette base 3 has a sound-absorbing layer 8.

In the figures, and in particular all of FIGS. 3 and 4, it is shown schematically that the sound-absorbing layer 8 is a plaster layer which expediently consists of an organically bound plaster which has a correspondingly good adhesion to the sheet metal of the cassette base 3. Particles 9 with a grain size are provided in this plaster, the dimensions of which are at least partially larger than the side or diameter dimensions of the perforations 7 in the cassette base 3. It can be seen above all in FIG. 4 that the particles 9 or grains mentioned partially come to lie in front of the perforations 7, but nevertheless allow the sound to pass through due to the overall porosity of the plaster, so that the cassette 1 has good acoustic "transparency" and has good sound absorption. Figures 2 to 4 also indicate that the plaster has a spray plaster structure. An aqueous, copolymeric plastic dispersion can be provided as the binder, which leads to good adhesion to the metallic cassette 1.

The particles or grains 9 already mentioned in the plaster layer 8 can be marble grains, the dimensions of which are approximately 1 millimeter, 1.2 millimeters to 4 millimeters, while the perforations 7 in the cassette base 3 can have a diameter of 1 millimeter to 4 millimeters. Above all, FIG. 3 illustrates that the particles 9 have an irregular, jagged outer dimension and structure, so that some dimensions are smaller, but others are larger than those of the perforations 7, and therefore these grains or particles 9 generally do not enter the perforations 7 can occur, but also not completely cover them.

In a manner not shown, however, part of the plaster can pass through the perforations 7 to the rear of the cassette base 3 and thus lead to high mechanical strength after the plaster has set. This is all the more successful if the plaster layer 8 is plastic-bonded sand with embedded marble granules 9 and, in particular, plastic-bonded sand completely or partially penetrates the perforations 7.

Finally, it should also be mentioned that the plaster can be mixed with color pigments or paint, so that the cassette 1 can be given a corresponding color without the need for a special layer of paint or an additional operation.

Overall, there is a cassette 1 with good acoustic transparency and good absorption capacity, which is simple and inexpensive to produce and also allows a variety of design options and optical effects due to the plaster applied.

The cassette 1 for suspended ceiling, which can be detachably suspended or attached to a building or room ceiling by means of a holding structure 2, and which has an essentially flat cassette floor 3 with a lower visible side 4 and preferably edges 5 or flanges which are raised in relation to it for attacking a holder 6 for cooperation with the holding structure 2 has on its visible side a sound absorbing layer 8 on. The cassette base 3 has a large number of perforations 7. The sound-absorbing layer 8 is a plaster layer made of an organically bound plaster, in which particles 9 with a grain size are contained, which are at least partially one dimension larger than the side or diameter dimension of the perforations 7 have 3 in the cassette bottom.
