Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollenrichtmaschine zum Richten von profiliertem Walzgut, mit versetzt zueinander angeordneten oberen und unteren, Richtrollen aufweisenden Tragwellen, die antriebsseitig gelagert und bedienungsseitig temporär durch ein verstellbares Stützelement in Richtung der Richtkraft an einem Gehäuseteil abgestützt sind.The invention relates to a roller straightening machine for straightening profiled rolling stock, with offset top and bottom, straightening rollers supporting shafts, which are mounted on the drive side and temporarily supported on the operator side by an adjustable support element in the direction of the straightening force on a housing part.
Rollenrichtmaschinen mit derartig fliegend gelagerten Tragwellen bieten den großen Vorteil, daß sie bedienungsseitig zum Richtrollenwechsel frei zugänglich sind. Allerdings führen die auftretenden hohen Richtkräfte, insbesondere beim Richten großer Träger, zu einer Aufbiegung der Tragwellen, so daß ein eindeutiger Richtprozeß nicht mehr möglich ist. Aus der DE 36 16 699 A ist es daher bekannt, jede Tragwelle bedienungsseitig mit einem verlängerten Lagerzapfen auszubilden, der mit einem Stützlager versehen ist, das seinerseits von einer Lagerhülse umschlossen wird. Diese Lagerhülse und damit das Stützlager sind in Richtung der nach unten wirkenden Richtkraft durch eine als Schwenkhebel ausgebildete Stütze abgestützt, die mit einer Halbschale die Lagerhülse teilweise umfaßt.Roller straightening machines with such floating bearing shafts offer the great advantage that they are freely accessible on the operator side for changing the leveling rollers. Um die temporäre Abstützung, nämlich während des Richtbetriebes, zu erreichen, ist somit ein großer baulicher Aufwand erforderlich, und bei einer als Schwenkhebel ausgebildeten Stütze muß dieser zudem ein Exzenter zugeordnet werden, der die beiden Totpunktlagen ermöglicht, wobei die Exzentrizität der Höhenverstellung der Halbschale entspricht, die zum Abschwenken des Schwenkhebels samt Halbschale von der Lagerhülse des Stützlagers kinematisch erforderlich ist.The swivel lever is pivotally mounted on two eccentrics of an actuating shaft. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an der Bedienungsseite von oben bzw. unten gegen die Tragwellen anstellbare Spindeln angeordnet sind. Damit läßt sich im Gegensatz zur bekannten Ausführung nicht nur eine Verstellung der Abstützung zum Zwecke des Ausbaus der Tragwellen bzw. Richtrollen erreichen, sondern aufgrund der Anstellbarkeit der Spindeln bzw. Stützelemente auf einfache Weise gleichzeitig auch eine Vorspannung der Tragwellen und eine Optimierung der Spaltweite beim Richten ermöglichen. Die Spindel läßt sich, beispielsweise über einen Schneckenantrieb oder hydraulisch, stufenlos anstellen, und um die Bedienungsseite zum Ausbau freizumachen, lassen sich die Spindeln entsprechend dem benötigten Freiraum linear von den Tragwellen entfernen, d.h. gezielt von diesen absenken bzw. abheben. Der minimal notwendige Hub ergibt sich hierbei aus der Notwendigkeit, beim Wechsel die Richtrollen bzw. -scheiben an den Stützrollen vorbeiführen zu können.This object is achieved in that on the operating side from above or below adjustable spindles are arranged against the support shafts. Damit ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, für die Stützrollen eine gehärtete Lauffläche vorzusehen, nämlich durch eine entsprechende Wärmebehandlung des Laufringes bzw. durch eine geeignete Materialauswahl. Hierbei empfiehlt es sich, die Tragwellen mit einer konischen Montage- bzw. Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Richtmaschine 1 nimmt in ihrem Gehäuse 2 oben vier und drei versetzt dazu untenliegende Tragwellen 3 bzw. 4 auf; ein- und auslaufseitig ist unten zudem jeweils noch eine weitere Tragwelle 5 (vgl. Fig. 2) angeordnet. Die oberen und unteren Tragwellen 3, 4 bzw. 5 sind in einem ersten Lager 7 an der Antriebsseite 6 sowie mit Abstand davon in einem zweiten Lager 8 im Gehäuse 2 gelagert, das im wesentlichen aus Seitenständern 9 und damit verschraubten Quertraversen 10 besteht. Sowohl die oberen als auch die unteren Tragwellen 3, 4 werden von Motoren 11 bzw. Hilfsmotoren 12 angetrieben, wobei der schwächere Hilfsmotor 12 jeweils den unteren Tragwellen 4 zugeordnet ist, um eine das Einführen des Richtgutes erleichternde, unterhalb der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit liegende Schleppgeschwindigkeit zu ermöglichen.The straightening
Um die Durchbiegung der Tragwellen 3 bzw. 4 zu verringern sowie gleichzeitig deren Vorspannung und/oder eine Optimierung der Spaltweite zu ermöglichen, sind an der Bedienungsseite 13 der Richtmaschine 1 mit dem Gehäuse 2 verbundene Anstellspindeln 14 angeordnet. Diese lassen sich über einen von einem Motor 15 betätigten Schneckenantrieb 16, von dem in Fig. 1 das Schneckenrad 17 und in Fig. 2 die Schneckenwelle 18 zu erkennen sind, stufenlos gegen die freien Enden der Tragwellen anstellen, so daß die Tragwellen 3, 4 während des Richtbetriebes zweiseitig abgestützt sind, nämlich durch die anstellseitigen Lager 7, 8 und die bedienungsseitigen Anstellspindeln 14. Dabei läßt sich eine symmetrische Anordnung dieser Abstützpunkte erreichen, was eine mittige Zuführung der von den auf den Tragwellen 3, 4 angeordneten Richtrollen 19 zu richtenden Profile 20 ermöglicht; der Transport der Profile 20 auf dem Zuführrollgang wird damit verbessert.In order to reduce the deflection of the supporting

Das wird durch das Weiterleiten der Stützkraft über die beiden in einem Winkel von 60° zueinander in dem Joch 21 angeordneten Stützrollen 23 an das Gehäuse 2 begünstigt.
