Claims (10)

  1. Gerät (1), welches die Abgabe oder Verbrennung eines Strömungsmittels ermöglicht und welches zumindest aus einer Konstruktion (2) besteht, die erstens ein Nadelventil (3) aufweist, welches über einen Hauptkörper (5) verfügt, in den eine Kammer (5a) eingelassen ist, in die eine Öffnung mündet und den Ventilsitz (5b) bildet, mit einer zuführenden Strömungsleitung (5c), die über die genannte Öffnung zur genannten Kammer führt, und einer weiterführnden Strömungsleitung (5d), die von der genannten Kammer wegführt, welches außerdem über eine Zwischenhülse (9) verfügt, die in Achsrichtung des genannten Ventilsitzes (5b) beweglich am besagten Hauptkörper (5) befestigt ist, sowie über Dichtungselemente (7) der Ventilnadel (6) zur Kammer (5a) und einer Stellschraube (8) des Ventils, die koaxial zur genannten Ventilnadel angeordnet ist und von außerhalb der Konstruktion (2) des genannten Gerätes zu bedienen ist, die zweitens ein Bedienteil (11) zur Längsverschiebung der Ventilnadel (6) aufweist, welches an der Konstruktion (2) des Gerätes angebracht ist und ein Bedienelement (12) umfaßt, welches von außerhalb der Konstruktion des Gerätes zu betätigen ist und welches mechanisch mit dem Steuerungsende (6b) der Ventilnadel verbunden ist, um die Ventilnadel in Längsrichtung zum Ventilsitz zu verschieben, welches außerdem ein Druckelement (13) umfaßt, um das genannte Steuerungsende (6b) in die Richtung der Ventilschließung zurückzuziehen, und die drittens ein Funktionslement (4) zur Abgabe oder Verbrennung des kontrollierten Strömungsmittels aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    die Ventilnadel (6) sowohl in Längsrichtung als auch in Drehrichtung zur Zwischenhülse frei beweglich in die Zwischenhülse eingebaut ist;
    das Druckelement (13) sich zwischen dem in der Konstruktion (2) des Gerätes enthaltenen Anschlag (50) und der Ventilnadel (6), d.h. insbesondere ihrem Steuerungsende (6b) befindet;
    die Zwischenhülse (9) und der Hauptkörper Gewinde (10) aufweisen, welche ineinandergreifen, und die Zwischenhülse einerseits dazu dient, die genannte Ventilnadel (6), d.h. speziell ihr Steuerungsende (6b), längs in Richtung der Ventilöffnung zu verschieben, indem die genannte Zwischenhülse herausgedreht wird, und andererseits die Zwischenhülse dazu dient, die genannnte Ventilnadel (6), d.h. speziell ihren Dorn (6a), in Richtung der Ventilschließung und damit in die Richtung der vom Druckelement (13) ausgeübten Kraft zu verschieben, indem die genannte Zwischenhülse hineingeschraubt wird.
  2. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenhülse (9) eine Axialbohrung (9c) aufweist und daß die Ventilnadel (6) der Regelungsvorrichtung für das Strömungsmittel einen Axialstift (6c) aufweist und Axialbohrung und Axialstift im Querschnitt aneinander angepaßt sind, um eine reibungslose Längsverschiebung der Ventilnadel in der Zwischenhülse zu ermöglichen.
  3. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nadelventil über einen Anschlag (14) für die maximale Öffnung verfügt, der den Lauf der Ventilnadel (6) in der Zwischenhülse (9) in Richtung Ventilöffnung und in Richtung herausgedrehter Zwischenhülse beschränkt.
  4. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nadelventil über einen Anschlag (70) für die Ventilschließung verfügt, um die Ventilnadel (6) durch Hineindrehen der Zwischenhülse (9) in die Position Ventilschließung zu schieben.
  5. Gerät entsprechend der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (14) für die vollständige Öffnung und der Anschlag (70) für die Schließung dadurch zustande kommen, daß der Stift (6c) der Ventilnadel und die Axialbohrung (9c) der Zwischenhülse zwei Abschnitten (61,62) mit jeweils unterschiedlichem Durchmesser aufweisen, wobei der Abschnitt (61) mit dem größeren Durchmesser näher am Ventilsitz der Ventilnadel gelegen ist.
  6. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bedienelement (12) in Längsrichtung verschiebbar ist, und zwar parallel zur Ventilnadel (6) und frei beweglich bezüglich der Konstruktion (2), und daß es am Steuerungsende (6b) der Ventilnadel befestigt ist.
  7. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckelement (13) des Bedienteils eine gebogene Feder ist, deren unbewegliches Ende (13a) an der Konstruktion (2) befestigt ist und deren bewegliches Ende (13b) am Steuerungsende (6b) der Ventilnadel befestigt ist.
  8. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckelement (13) dazu dient und/oder eingerichtet ist, eine Kraft in Richtung der Ventilnadel (6) auszuüben.
  9. Gerät entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Verbrennung von Gas, insbesondere ein Brenner für Löt- oder sonstige Arbeiten, bei denen verhältnismäßig hohe Temperaturen benötigt werden, dessen Funktionselement (4) ein Brenner ist und dessen hinführende Strömungsleitung mit einer Quelle für unter Druck stehendem, verbrennbarem Gas verbunden ist.
  10. Gerät entsprechend Anspruch 9, welches tragbar ist und dessen Konstruktion (2) einerseits einen Handgriff (16) aufweist und andererseits einen Kartuschenhalter (17) für eine Kartusche (15), die unter Druck stehendes, brennbares Gas enthält, ferner mit einem Element (20) für die Gasentnahme aus der genannten Kartusche, welches eventuell im Hauptkörper (5) der Regelungsvorrichtung (3) für die Gasabgabe enthalten ist.
