Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wellenbalg, wobei die einzelnen den Wellenbalg bildenden Wellellelemente unter Bildung eines Steges zusammengefaßt sind, und wobei der Steg ein elastisch nachgiebiges, den Abstand zwischen zwei Stegen zumindest parziell überdeckendes Profil aufweist, welches einen Profilkörper besitzt, der sich seitlich in etwa über die Hälfte des Abstandes zwischen zwei Stegen erstreckt. Ein Wellenbalg ist üblicherweise Teil eines Übergangs zwischen zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Fahrzeugen, beispielsweise Schienenfahrzeugen oder auch Bussen. Es ist nunmehr so, daß der Wellenbalg üblicherweise die einzige Abschirmung des Fahrzeuginnenraumes gegengüber der Umgebung bildet. Aus der DE-OS 25 55 845 ist ein als Faltenbalg ausgebildeter Übergangsschutz für Glieder- und Gelenkzüge bekannt, bei denen die freien Längskanten benachbarter Faltenbälge derart stegähnlich ausgebildet und zusammengeführt sind, daß sie von einem Klemmelement zusammengehalten werden können. Auf dieses Klemmelement ist ein flexibles Profil aufgeschraubt, welches sich soweit nach rechts und links erstreckt, daß es sich mit den benachbarten Profilen überlappt. In diesem Überlappungsbereich liegen zwei benachbarte Profile lose aneinander an, so daß die einzelnen Arme des Profils relativ zum Arm des benachbarten Profils verschiebbar sind. Wird nun das hintere Fahrzeug relativ zum vorderen Fahrzeug versetzt, beispielsweise bei Kurvenfahrt oder bei Neigungsstrecken, so wird dieser Überlappungsbereich entweder vergrößert oder verkleinert. In jedem Fall ist gewährleistet, daß die Profile eine geschlossene Fläche bilden, um so einen Kälte und Isolationsschutz zu gewährleisten. Konstruktionsbedingt ist es aber möglich, die Arme des Profils zur Seite zu biegen, um dann Zugang zum eigentlichen Faltenbalg zu erhalten. Außerdem ist es einem Vandalierer möglich, die das Profil haltenden Schrauben oder Nieten zu entfernen, und so möglicherweise die gesamte Profilleiste abzubauen.From DE-OS 25 55 845 a bellows-type transition protection for articulated and articulated cables is known, in which the free longitudinal edges of adjacent bellows are designed and brought together in such a manner that they can be held together by a clamping element. Diese Führungsmittel sind im Querschnitt etwa rechteckförmig ausgebildet, wobei je zwei Führungsmittel als Führungsmittelpaar mit einem Steg des Faltenbalges verschraubt verbunden sind. Auch der benachbarte Steg weist zwei Führungsmittel auf, wobei die seitliche Erstreckung der einzelnen Führungsmittel derart ist, daß im zusammengebauten Zustand die Führungsmittel im Bereich der Anordnung am Steg aneinander anliegen. Der Sinn und Zweck dieser Führungsmittel besteht darin, die Stege in einfacher Weise so gegeneinander zu führen, daß sie auch bei ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen ihre Position zueinander im wesentlichen beibehalten. Denn es hat sich gezeigt, daß beispielsweise bei auftretendem Außendruck der Balg ohne derartige Führungsmittel in ungünstigen Fällen seine Position derart ändert, daß die nach außen gewölbten Bogen der Balgwände einer oder mehrerer Falten nach innen umgestülpt werden. Der insgesamt mit 2 bezeichnete Wellenbalg setzt sich aus einzelnen Wellenelementen 3 zusammen, die jeweils unter Bildung eines Steges 4 durch das Aluminiumprofil 5 zusammengefaßt sind. Das elastisch nachgiebige Profil (6), das sich über die Gesamtlänge des Steges 4 des Wellenbalges 2 erstreckt, und das demzufolge korrespondierend zu der Form des Wellenbalges ein torähnliches Aussehen aufweist, erfaßt das Aluminiumprofil 5 klemmend. Zur klemmenden Aufnahme des Profiles 6 durch das Aluminiumprofil 5 besitzt das Profil 6 zwei Schenkel 6a, die endseitig jeweils einen Klemmsteg 6b besitzen, so daß das Aluminiumprofil 5 durch die Schenkel 6a und die Klemmstege 6b - bis auf den Steg 4 - unifaßt wird. Das Profil 6 weist den Profilkörper 6c auf, wobei sich der Profilkörper seitlich in etwa über die Hälfte des Abstandes X zwischen zwei Stegen 4 erstreckt. Der Profilkörper 6c, der als Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, steht elastisch nachgiebig mit den benachbarten Profilkörpern in Verbindung.
