Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Wiegen, Etikettieren und automatischen Sortieren von mit Blutprodukten gefüllten Beuteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie umfaßt:
    - einen zur Aufnahme eines zu behandelnden Blutproduktbeutels (2) bestimmten, steifen Behälter (3), der die Form eines an seiner Vorderseite (4) mit einem Fenster (5) versehenen Kastens aufweist,
    - eine zum Aufnehmen des Behälters (3) bestimmte Aufnahme (6), die die Form eines an seinen beiden Enden offenen Quaders aufweist und mit einem dem Fenster (5) des Behälters (3) entsprechenden Fenster (7) versehen ist,
    - Wägemittel (9) für den Behälter (3),
    - Etikettiermittel (10, 11) für den Beutel (2),
    - Sortiermittel (12) für den Beutel (2) und
    - Steuermittel (13, 14), die vorgesehen sind, um die Aufnahme (6) eine wenigstens im wesentlichen vertikale erste Position, in der der Behälter (3) auf den Wägemitteln (9) ruht, eine wenigstens im wesentlichen horizontale zweite Position, in der die Fenster (5, 7) des Behälters (3) und der Aufnahme (6) sich gegenüber den Etikettiermitteln (10, 11) befinden, und wenigstens im wesentlichen vertikale dritte Positionen zum Sortieren und Ausleeren des Behälters (3) einnehmen zu lassen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufname (6) mit ihrer Seite, die derjenigen entgegengesetzt ist, die das Fenster (5) aufweist, auf einem im wesentlichen ebenen Träger (15) angebracht ist, der mit zwei seitlichen Laschen (16) versehen ist und mit zwei Anordnungen (17) in Form eines nachgiebigen Parallelogramms zusammenarbeitet, die jeweils beiderseits des Trägers (15) in vertikaler Position in der Nähe des unteren Endes der Aufnahme (6) vorgesehen sind, wobei die nachgiebigen Parallelogramme (17) der Aufnahme (6) gestatten, unter Einwirkung der Steuermittel (13, 14) die oben erwähnten Positionen einzunehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein nachgiebiges Parallelogramm (17) eine Lasche (18) mit der allgemeinen Form eines L, dessen erster Arm (18A) an der entsprechenden seitlichen Lasche (16) des Trägers gelenkig angebracht ist, und einen Zylinder (19) umfaßt, der einerseits an der seitlichen Lasche (16) und andererseits am zweiten Arm (18B) der Lasche (18) in Form eines L angebracht ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel neben Informations-Steuermitteln (14) mechanische Steuermittel (13) umfassen, die einen ersten Zylinder oder dergleichen (20), der mittels zweier Halteplatten (21) auf den Träger (15) einwirkt, die sich jeweils beiderseits des Trägers (15) befinden, um die Verschiebung des Trägers (15), gegebenenfalls nach einer Drehung um 90° der Aufnahme (6) in horizontaler Stellung, parallel zu den Etikettiermitteln (10, 11) zu steuern, und einen zweiten Zylinder oder dergleichen (22) aufweisen, der zwischen den Halteplatten (21) und den Anordnungen (17) in Form eines nachgiebigen Parallelogramms vorgesehen ist, der die Drehung des Trägers (15) um eine zu den Halteplatten (21) orthogonale Schwenkachse (X-X) gestattet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etikettiermittel einen Strichcodeleser (10) und eine eigentliche Etikettiereinrichtung (11) umfassen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sortiermittel (12) einerseits Mittel, wie einen Elektromagneten (24), die eine Raste (25) anregen, die mit einer beweglichen Zahnstange (26) zusammenarbeitet, und andererseits Führungen (27), die den Einkerbungen (28) der Zahnstange (26) entsprechen, sowie einen Vordrücker (29) aufweisen, der von einem Zylinder (30) betätigt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der steife Behälter in Form eines Kastens (3), der durch Schwenken seiner ein Fenster (5) aufweisenden Vorderseite (4) offen sein kann, eine Hauptaufnahme (32) für den Blutproduktbeutel (2) sowie in seinem oberen Teil wenigstens eine weitere Aufnahme (33) für die mit dem Beutel (2) verbundenen Stutzen (34) aufweist, wobei die beiden Aufnahmen (32, 33) durch eine Trennwand (35) getrennt sind, die Öffnungen (36) aufweist, die den Stutzen (34) entsprechen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Enden der Vorder- (4) und Rückseite (39) des steifen Behälters (3) ein gezacktes Muster (40) aufweisen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der steife Behälter (3) an seinem oberen Ende einen Haken (41) aufweist.
  10. Steifer Behälter in Form eines Kastens, der zur Aufnahme eines Blutproduktbeutels bestimmt ist und dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 verwendet zu werden, wobei der Behälter so ausgeführt ist, wie er in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 9 angegeben ist, wobei das Fenster (5) derart ausgeführt ist, daß es den Etikettiermitteln (11) freien Zugang zum Beutel (2) gestattet.
