- the industrial process of the production of the beam involves first the production of the aluminium profile, followed by the casting of the resin mortar and the placement of the iron reinforcement inside the vacuum of the aluminium profile.
- the reinforced aluminium beam possesses all the advantages of aluminium, combined with the advantages of the resin mortar and of the iron reinforcement: high strenght, zero water permeability, low heat conductivity, non-electrical conductivity, sound insulation, resistance to the effects of the atmosphere and the environment, durability, with surfaces and forms of high architectural requirements, as well as the possibility of being used in a large number of applications in construction works and any other type of construction.
