Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgrenzungsleuchte zum Abgrenzen von Gefahren- bzw. Arbeitsbereichen mit einem transparenten, eine Lampe aufweisenden Leuchtkörper.The invention relates to a demarcation lamp for delimiting danger or work areas with a transparent lamp having a lamp.
Zur Abgrenzung von Gefahren- bzw. Arbeitsbereichen, vornehmlich bei Baustellen, werden verschiedene Signalmittel und Absperrvorrichtungen verwendet. Der Zweck besteht allgemein darin, Menschen vor Gefahrenbereichen zu schützen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordert dieser Schutz bei Nacht bzw. bei Dunkelheit oder schlechten Sichtverhältnissen. Zu diesem Zweck ist es bekannt, derartige Signalmittel als Abgrenzungsleuchte mit einem transparenten, eine Lampe aufweisenden Leuchtkörper auszubilden.Various signaling devices and shut-off devices are used to delimit danger and work areas, especially at construction sites. Diese Verlängerung ist sehr einfach und rasch durch Ankupplung weiterer Abgrenzungsleuchten erzielbar. Mit der Flexibilität des Leuchtkörpers wird einerseits eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Baustellenumrisse vereinfacht und andererseits auch eine Beschädigung und damit eine Einschränkung des Sicherheitseffektes weitgehend ausgeschlossen. Außerdem schafft die flexible Ausbildung die Möglichkeit eines Zusammenrollens zur Zwischenlagerung für den nächstfolgenden Einsatz, was zusätzlich zum einfacheren Transport auch den Schutz vor Beschädigungen verbessert.With such a design, there is the possibility of any lengthening of the luminous element to a length corresponding to the respective construction site barrier. Eine in Fig. 1 beschriebene Abgrenzungsleuchte 1 weist einen Leuchtkörper 2 auf, an dessen Enden 3,4 jeweils eine Kupplung 5 angeordnet ist. Um mehrere Leuchtkörper 2 miteinander verbinden zu können, ist am oberen Ende 3 des Leuchtkörpers 2 die Kupplung 5 als Kupplungsstecker 6 und am gegenüberliegenden unteren Ende 4 als Kupplungsdose 7 ausgebildet. Der Leuchtkörper 2 besteht aus einem schlauchförmigen, flexiblen und lichtdurchlässigen Material und ist zweckmäßigerweise in den gut sichtbaren Farben weiß, rot, grün, gelb oder orange ausgeführt. Der Leuchtkörper 2 kann zusätzlich noch fluoreszierende Partikel enthalten. In den Leuchtkörper 2 ist zu dessen Stabilisierung bzw. Versteifung ein Versteifungsprofil 8 eingebaut, welches in einer Ausnehmung 9 der Kupplung 5 Halt findet. Das eine dem Innendurchmesser des Leuchtkörpers 2 entsprechende Breite aufweisende Versteifungsprofil 8 hat eine fluoreszierende Oberfläche und dient gleichzeitig als Träger von Lampen 10 und von dazugehörigen elektrischen Leitungen 11, welche an einem Ende des Versteifungsprofiles 8 in einen elektrischen Stecker 12 bzw. am anderen Ende in eine elektrische Dose 13 münden. Am unteren Ende 4 des Leuchtkörpers 2 ist ein, einen Kupplungsstecker 6 aufweisendes Sockelelement 14 vorgesehen, welches mit einer Aufstandsfläche 15 verbunden ist. Die sich im Kupplungsstecker 6 des Sockelelementes 14 befindliche elektrische Dose 13 ist mit einem Kabel 16 verbunden, das bei Betrieb der Leuchte 1 an eine hier nicht dargestellte Stromquelle angeschlossen wird. Das Sockelelement 14 bildet somit den Grundbaustein an den dann je nach gewünschter Höhe der Begrenzungsstange nahezu beliebig viele Leuchtkörper 2 angesteckt werden können. Am dem Sockelelement 14 gegenüberliegenden Ende einer solchen Reihe von aneinandergekuppelten Leuchten 1 ist eine Abschlußkupplung 17 vorgesehen. Diese ist als Kupplungsdose 7 ausgeführt und wird einfach auf den Kupplungsstecker 6 des letzten Leuchtkörpers 2 aufgesetzt, und schließt diesen wasserdicht ab.A
Um die Formstabilität der Leuchte 1 zu gewährleisten, besteht außer den bereits beschriebenen Versteifungsprofilen 8, die wahlweise durch Lösen einer Kupplung 5 entfernbar sind, noch eine andere Möglichkeit. Dadurch, daß das ganze System von Sockelement 14 und Leuchtkörpern 2 aus Sicherheitsgründen wasser- und damit auch luftdicht ausgeführt ist, kann man durch Aufbringen eines geringen Überdruckes in die Leuchte auf einfachste Weise Formstabilität erzielen. In Fig. 2 ist der Bereich der als wasserdichte Steckkupplung ausgebildeten Kupplung 5 von zwei Leuchten 1 näher dargestellt. An beide Kupplungsteile, also Kupplungsstecker 6 und Kupplungsdose 7, ist der schlauchförmige Leuchtkörper 2 durch jeweils einen Schraubring 19 fest und dicht angepreßt. Der Kupplungsstecker 6 weist einen Dichtring 20 auf, welcher das Innere von Kupplung 5 und Leuchtkörpern 2 gegenüber der Umgebung abdichtet. Ein Eindringen von Wasser oder Schmutz bzw. Staub ist somit ausgeschlossen. Der Dichtring 20 ist an seinem äußeren Umfang gegen die Kupplungsdose 7 gepreßt. An dieser ist ein Verschlußring 21 längsverschiebbar befestigt, welcher einen in einer Nut 22 befindlichen Federring 23 aufweist. Beim Verbinden der Kupplung 5 wird zunächst der Kupplungsstecker 6 in die Kupplungsdose 7 eingeführt. Dann wird der Verschlußring 21 in Richtung Kupplungsstecker 6 verschoben. Durch einen Konus 24 am Kupplungsstecker 6 wird der Federring 23 gedehnt und rastet dann in einer Nut 25 am Kupplungsstecker 6 ein. Das Öffnen der Kupplung 5 erfolgt analog umgekehrt. Der Stecker 12 und die Dose 13 für die Kupplung der elektrischen Kabel 30 sind so in Kupplungsdose 7 und Kupplungsstecker 6 angeordnet, daß sie gleichzeitig bei dem beschriebenen Kupplungsvorgang verbunden werden.2 shows the area of the
An den Schraubringen 29 sind jeweils ringförmige Befestigungselemente 26 vorgesehen. Diese dienen zur Aufhängung und Befestigung der Leuchte 1, besonders dann, wenn eine größere Anzahl von Leuchtkörpern 2 zu einer Leuchtkette zusammengekuppelt ist. Die Leuchte 1 wird dann mittels des Befestigungselementes 26 auf einfachste Weise über einen Haken 27 gehängt, welcher beispielsweise an einem Holzpflock 28 befestigt ist. Es ist auch möglich die Leuchte 1 mittels einer durch die Befestigungselemente 26 geführten und anschließend gespannten Schnur aufzuhängen.
Im Unterschied zu dem in Fig. 1 beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Leuchtkörper 2 hier mit einer Vielzahl kleiner Lampen 29 ausgestattet, welche durch ein Kabel 30 miteinander verbunden sind. In strichpunktierten Linien ist stark vereinfacht für jedes Gleis 31,32 ein Lichtraumprofil 36 eingezeichnet. Sind nun beispielsweise am Gleis 31 Arbeiten bei gleichzeitigem Zugverkehr auf Gleis 32 durchzuführen, so ist es aus Sicherheitsgründen unbedingt erforderlich den Gefahrenbereich - in diesem Fall das Lichtraumprofil 36 vom Gleis 32 - abzugrenzen. Dies wird durch folgende einfache Anordnung erzielt. Am Sockelelement 14 der Leuchte 1 ist ein senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Leuchte 1 verlaufender Abstandhalter 37 angebracht, an dessen freiem Ende eine Klemmvorrichtung 38 vorgesehen ist. Diese Klemmvorrichtung 38 wird an dem Schienenfuß 39 der Schiene 33 befestigt. Dadurch, daß der Abstandhalter 37 dem horizontalen, senkrecht zur Gleslängsrichtung verlaufenden Abstand des Lichtraumprofiles 36 zur näher gelegenen Schiene 40 entspricht, wird der Lichtraumbereich durch diese Leuchten 1 genau abgegrenzt.Fig. 3 shows an application example of the
Anstelle der hier beispielsweise detailliert beschriebenen Steck- oder Schnellkupplung sind natürlich alle anderen Arten von Kupplungen, beispielsweise auch eine Schraubverbindung, einsetzbar. Bedingt durch die konstruktive Gestaltung als Leuchtstab in unterschiedlichen Längen oder auch als wickelbares Schlauchmaterial mit Innenleuchten oder Versteifungsprofil können derartige Abgrenzungsleuchten tagsüber auch ohne Beleuchtung als gut sichtbare Baustellabgrenzung mit einer einem Absperrseil gleichen Wirkung dienen.
