Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de projection de deux composants pour le marquage des routes, avec un pistolet pour projection (1) destiné à l'un des composants de la peinture et avec une installation (15) destinée à l'amenée du composant formant le mélange de durcissement, caractérisé en ce que le pistolet pour projection (1) présente une installation à gicleur (4) placée dans un support (2), servant à la distribution du composant de peinture et avec une installation de dosage qui est reliée à une chambre de dosage (32) pour déterminer la quantité désirée du mélange de durcissement, constitué en plus du durcisseur au moins d'un des éléments accélérateur, perles, cristobalit et sable, mélange que l'on peut amener au moyen d'une installation à air comprimé (24-28) à une chambre tourbillonnaire (33) dans le support (2) par des canaux (12-14) de façon qu'à la sortie (7) de la chambre tourbillonnaire (33) on obtienne un effet Laval.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tant la chambre de dosage (32) que la chambre tourbillonnaire (33) sont accessibles à des fins de nettoyage, par séparation du pistolet pour projection (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des tôles de délimitation (6) sont placées sous l'installation à gicleur (4) pour limiter la largeur du marquage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée tant du composant peinture que du composant mélange de durcissement peut être commandée à partir d'un seul point (29).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de durcissement forme à la sortie de la chambre tourbillonnaire (33) une réaction chimique avec le composant peinture.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) est relié au pistolet pour projection (1) au moyen d'un étrier à ressorts (3) déposable.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une surface plane (9) à la partie inférieure, de laquelle le gicleur (5) pour le composant peinture fait saillie afin d'obtenir des conditions favorables d'écoulement et de mélange.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la commande est placée sur le pistolet de projection (1).
