Die Erfindung besteht aus den folgenden Teilen:

Im wesentlichen besteht der Papierrollenhalter und -Spender aus einem halbrund geformten Boden (1), der innenseitig muldenförmig ausgebildet ist und dessen seitliche Ränder in einem Winkel von 90 Grad hochgebogen sind (3), um die Papierrolle seitlich zu stabilisieren. Ein ebenfalls halbrund geformter Deckel (2) lässt sich über ein Kugelgelenk (6), das in einer Kugelpfanne sitzt (7) oder ähnliche Steckvorrichtungen oder Metall- oder Kunststoffachsen auf und nieder bewegen.

Die seitliche Ansicht zeigt die geführte Papierrolle im Halter. Die Papierrolle wird so eingesetzt, dass das lose Papierende von unten aus dem Halter schaut und über die Abreisskante (8) gezogen und portioniert wird. Zwei Schlitzloch-Aussparungen (4) im als Rücken hochgezogenen Bodenteil dienen dazu, den Halter mit Schrauben (10) an der Wand zu befestigen. Eine Blende (5) wird nach erfolgter Montage auf die Aussparung gedrückt.

Papier kann sowohl als kernlose wie herkömmliche Rollen mit Kartonkern in den Halter eingelegt werden. Der halbrund geformte Deckel (2) fixiert die Rolle. Er wird unterstützt von einer Torsionsfeder aus Metall, die zusätzlichen Druck auf die frei laufende Rolle ausübt.
