Description

The invention relates to a plaster. Primarily, a pavement made of concrete blocks or concrete slabs is considered. Blocks or plates made of recycled plastic are also suitable, as are ceramic, glass or recycled glass, etc.

The invention has for its object to improve the often inadequate drainage of the patch in the joints.

According to the invention, water-permeable elements are integrated in the pavement for this purpose.

Instead of the sole water passage in the joints, water passage should also be possible in the blocks or slabs of the plaster itself by integrating the water-permeable elements therein, or between the blocks or slabs by arranging the water-permeable elements there and the blocks or slabs have a seat for them.

The character of the patch as a patch is retained.

According to a further development of the invention, the water-permeable elements are extruded and cut-off ceramic bodies or plastic bodies with a large number of channels running from the top to the bottom.
Glass bodies, however, are also suitable, as are grates.

In addition to the drainage function, the elements offer the possibility of designing and arranging them as decorative elements.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are given in the following description of exemplary embodiments.

The drawings show the exemplary embodiments in FIGS. 1 to 13 in different plan views, vertical sections and an isometric representation.

Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a paving stone made of concrete with an integrated water-permeable element 1, for example made of ceramic. It has a multiplicity of channels 2 with a rectangular-lattice-shaped cross section.
As shown in Fig. 2 in a section along line II-II in Fig. 1, the element 1 has the same height as the paving stone. It is molded into the paving stone, that is, it was inserted into the mold or casting mold when the paving stone was manufactured.

A dashed line arrangement of the element 1 in the paving stone is indicated in FIG. 1.

Fig. 3 zeigt ein in der Draufsicht kreisförmiges, sonst gleiches wasserdurchlässiges Element 3.3 shows an otherwise identical water-permeable element 3 in plan view.

FIG. 4 shows an inserted water-permeable element 4 instead of a molded one. The element 4 has a seat in the paving stone, which is formed by a cutout 5 in the paving stone from the top to the bottom and a shoulder 6 in the cutout 5.
Element 4 takes up about three quarters of the height of the paving stone and is otherwise the same as element 1.

5 shows a grate 7 as a water-permeable element.
The grate 7 also sits on a, but flatter, heel 8 in a cutout 9 of the paving stone. In this he engages with barbed clamping elements 10, of which only one is drawn. Instead, or in addition, it could also be attached by an adhesive layer 11.
The grate 7 consists of metal, for example stainless steel, or of plastic. A broken down shape of the cutout 9 is shown in dashed lines.

Sie könnten wiederum keramische Körper oder auch Kunststoffkörper oder Roste sein.6 and 7 show the arrangement of several elements in a paving stone. In turn, they could be ceramic bodies or plastic bodies or grids.

According to FIG. 8, water-permeable elements 12 are arranged between two paving stones on a seat which is essentially formed in half by two cutouts 13 in the paving stone, which are open from the side and are continuous from the top to the bottom, and a shoulder 14 in the cutouts 13 .

Fig. 9 zeigt dies in einem Schnitt nach Linie IX-IX in Fig. 8.FIG. 9 shows this in a section along line IX-IX in FIG. 8.

The elements, in particular gratings, could also be arranged between two paving stones arranged at a distance from one another. You would then have a seat through a heel on the side of the blocks.

Fig. 10 shows the further modification that water-permeable elements 15, again ceramic or plastic body or grating, are arranged between cut corners 16 of four paving stones and a seat for them is formed by a shoulder 17 at the corners 16.
The corners could also be cut out angularly in such a way that they accommodate the elements 15 in an arrangement offset by 45 ° relative to FIG. 10. They could also be cut out in a circular arc to accommodate round water-permeable elements.
Grids would be glued in.

The surface of the paving stone is inclined towards the element 18 from a horizontal edge strip 19.

The recessed arrangement of the element 18 has the advantage that it is not caught by the vibrating plate when the plaster is laid and the ceramic body is not at risk of breakage as a result.

FIG. 12 shows a combination of the paving stone according to FIG. 11 with four paving stones 20 without element, which are adapted and assigned to the paving stone according to FIG. 11.
In Fig. 13, a paving stone 20 is shown alone. Its areas lying in the overall combination of FIG. 12 are hatched.

To adapt to the paving stone with element 18, the paving stones 20 are cut out without element at their corners 21 with an edge length of approximately half the edge length of the paving stone that they receive. A shoulder 22 at the cut corners 21 of the paving stones 20 forms a seat for the paving stone with the element 18.
The surface of the four paving stones 20 without element is inclined from a horizontal edge strip 23 towards the paving stone with element 18.
