- les dimensions des grains du produit fini n'excèdent pas 2,5 à 3 mm.
Claims (6)
- Procédé pour le broyage de vieilles brasques, ou de produits similaires pollués par des métaux et/ou des produits nocifs, ledit, procédé comportant une opération de concassage, une opération de criblage, permettant de séparer du produit concassé les grains ayant les dimensions du produit fini, et une opération de broyage, caractérisé en ce queladite opération de broyage est effectuée dans un broyeur vibrant à cône, et présentant un rapport de réduction de l'ordre de 20,ladite opération de broyage permet de réduire les produits du criblage aux dimensions du produit fini,les dimensions des grains du produit fini n'excèdent pas 2,5 à 3 mm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les produits de l'opération de broyage sont également soumis à ladite opération de criblage.
- Utilisation d'une installation pour le broyage de vieilles brasques, ou de produits similaires pollués par des métaux et/ou des produits nocifs, comportant un concasseur (12, 12'), un crible (16) dont la dimension des mailles correspond à celle du produit fini, un broyeur vibrant à cône (14), des moyens (20, 22) pour transporter jusqu'au crible les produits sortant du concasseur et éventuellement ceux sortant du broyeur, et des moyens pour renvoyer les refus du crible (16) à l'entrée du broyeur (14), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le concasseur est un concasseur à mâchoires (12) dont les mâchoires font entre elles un angle inférieur à 20 ° et de préférence égal à 16°.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le concasseur est un broyeur autogène ou semi-autogène à sortie périphérique (12').
- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite installation comporte une trémie (32) qui alimente le broyeur (14) et le maintient constamment en charge.
