Claims (4)
- Buse de pulvérisation d'une substance liquide comprenant une enveloppe (9) qui loge un canal axial (10), lequel :d'une part, débouche à son extrémité aval (11) sur l'extérieur, en tête de l'enveloppe (9), au travers d'un ajutage (12) et,d'autre part, est relié hydrauliquement à son extrémité amont par sa base à un circuit d'alimentation,
lequel canal axial est une cavité cylindrique de révolution avec une section qui, à partir de son extrémité amont, est constante sur une fraction (14) de sa longueur, dite fraction amont, puis diminue progressivement selon un profil prédéterminé pour se raccorder à l'ajutage,la génératrice (15) de la paroi interne de la fraction (16) dite aval qui prolonge la fraction amont (14) dudit canal est déterminée pour définir une chambre (17) en forme d'ogive,l'ajutage (12) étant formé par une saignée transversale (13) de section en Vé, les branches du Vé délimitant entre elles un angle prédéterminé constant, cette saignée étant délimitée par deux entailles (13A, 13B) en Vé communiquant entre elles et s'étendant chacune sur la moitié de la largeur de l'ajutage et dont les intersections (18) des plans délimitant lesdites entailles en Vé sont symétriquement à l'axe légèrement inclinées l'une par rapport à l'autre,
cette buse étant CARACTERISEE en ce que les intersections (18) convergent vers l'extrémité distale de la buse. - Buse selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'inclinaison des intersections par rapport à un plan radial est de l'ordre de 15°.
- Buse selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que les branches du Vé délimitent entre elles un angle de l'ordre de 45°.
- Buse selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la paroi externe de la tête de la buse a également une forme d'ogive.
