Claims (4)

  1. Düse zur Zerstäubung eines flüssigen Stoffes, mit einem Gehäuse (9), das einen axialen Kanal (10) aufnimmt, welcher :
    einerseits an seinem Abwärtsende (11) durch einen Stutzen (12) am vorderen Teil des Gehäuses (9) nach außen mündet und
    andererseits an seinem Aufwärtsende an seiner Basis mit einem Zuführsystem hydraulisch verbunden ist,
    und welcher eine zylinderförmige Rotationsaufnahme ist, mit einem Abschnitt, der ausgehend von seinem Aufwärtsende auf einem Anteil (14) seiner Länge, als Aufwärtsanteil bezeichnet, konstant ist und dann nach einem vorbestimmten Profil zum Anschluß an den Stutzen allmählich enger wird,
    wobei die Mantellinie (15) der sich an den Aufwärtsanteil (14) des Kanals anschließenden inneren Wand des sog. Abwärtsanteiles (16) so bestimmt wird, daß sie eine spitzbogenförmige Kammer (17) bildet,
    und der Stutzen (12) durch einen Quereinschnitt (13) mit V-förmigem Querschnitt gebildet ist, wobei die V-Schenkel zwischen sich einen vorbestimmten gleichbleibenden Winkel begrenzen und wobei der Einschnitt durch zwei V-förmige Kerben (13A, 13B) begrenzt ist, die in Verbindung miteinander stehen, die sich je auf der Hälfte der Stutzenlänge erstrecken und deren die V-förmigen Kerben begrenzende Ebenen Schnittpunkte (18) aufweisen, welche symetrisch zur Achse leicht schräg zueinander sind,
    DADURCH GEKENNZEICHNET, daß die Schnittpunkte (18) auf das Distalende der Düse hin zusammenlaufen.
  2. Düse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägstellung der Schnittpunkte zu einer radialen Ebene in der Größenordnung von 15° liegt.
  3. Düse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die V-Schenkel zwischen sich einen Winkel in der Größenordnung von 45°.
  4. Düse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenwand des Düsenkopfes auch spitzenbogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
