Description

The invention relates to footwear with a shaft and with a Insole that has a raised lip, the inner surface is rounded to fit the foot and its outer surface is transverse to the insole runs, with the shaft parallel to the lower edge Extends the outer surface of the lip and is attached to this.

In conventional shoe manufacturing, some work is done mechanically conditionally, with an outlet almost perpendicular to the insole Afford. The resulting cavity for a natural foot shape remains empty. If there is a load on the foot, it presses Underside of foot in the ball and heel area unnatural in these Cavity. This results in a poor pressure distribution. If you now provide a lip on the insole and this is appropriate for the foot rounded, so there is a more even pressure distribution and thus a natural bedding of the foot, like a sandprint.

A shoe of the type mentioned is known from DE-A 40 00 524. During its manufacture, the shaft is used for positioning a mark is glued to the insole and then the upper by sewing its lower edge to one at the bottom of the Insole provided web attached to the insole. By the Bridge creates a cavity between the insole and a flat one Outsole that has to be compensated by a cushion and the prevents direct contact insole outsole.

The object of the present invention is to develop a shoe whose production is even easier and with a direct Insole-outsole contact and exact flatness given are.

This is achieved according to the invention in that the connection between the upper and the insole The shaft is glued to the outer surface of the lip. So far, the upper has only been glued to the sole known for insole-free shoes, e.g. from DE-A 37 22 158, where the lower edge of the upper between the shell sole and the insole is glued.

In the shoe according to the invention, the upper of the footwear can be in easily connected to the lip, so that a good Connection between the shaft and the insole can be guaranteed can. The insole can be exempted from the ball of the foot which brings maximum flexibility to the footwear leaves. There is also the possibility that the foot in direct Contact with the outsole and thus e.g. for leather outsoles a particularly good breathability and moisture regulation reached. Since no lasting wedge is necessary, results an exact ground contour, which leads to large material savings for shaft, upper material and lining and thus for cost savings leads. There is also no need for congestion, but rather there is always an exact flatness. If you use one waterproof insole, e.g. from Goretex or Sympatex lining, see above you get an absolutely waterproof shoe. The insoles can made of different materials with different properties be made, e.g. Leather, texon, polyurethane and the like. For the front cap and the rear cap can be made of different materials be used. The result is a super light shoe and that an arbitrarily constructed footbed is placed in the insole can be e.g. Pimples to promote blood circulation and Like. more, there are further advantages.

In the area of the ball of the foot, the insole can be exempted there is a particularly flexible embodiment of the shoe. The Invention will now be better described with reference to the drawings.

1 shows the insole 1 according to the invention, which is integral with a lip 2 is provided. In Fig. 2 the lip is on the insole 1 glued on as a separate part 3. From Fig. 3 it can be seen that the lip 3 is glued to the shaft 4. 4 shows a cut through footwear and you can see here that the shaft 4 is connected on both sides to the lip of an insole 1.

Die Fig. 5 zeigt die Draufsicht auf eine Brandsohle 1 und man kann hier erkennen, daß die Ränder der Brandsohle 1 zu einer Lippe 2 verrundet sind, im Bereich des Fußballens ist eine Ausnehmung 6 vorhanden, die auf der einen Seite durch eine Gelenkversteifung 7 und auf der anderen Seite durch eine Gelenk- und Spitzenverstärkung 8 begrenzt wird.5 shows the top view of an insole 1 and one can recognize here that the edges of the insole 1 rounded to a lip 2 there is a recess 6 in the area of the ball of the foot, on one side by a stiffener 7 and on the other side is limited by a joint and tip reinforcement 8 becomes.
