Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a false ceiling made of a plurality of suspended metal ceiling elements. In today's known metal ceilings, it is possible to design them as chilled ceilings by arranging cooling elements in the space between the metal ceiling and the actual room ceiling. With these known constructions, however, only a relatively poor cooling performance can be achieved, since the heat transfer from the room to the cooling elements is not optimal. In addition, the space in the ceiling is mainly filled with lines for a cooling medium and cooling elements, leaving little space for other installations.
It should also be noted that the known cooling ceiling systems are very complicated, especially with regard to their assembly and disassembly. To carry out a repair in the cooling system, larger parts of the metal ceiling must generally be dismantled and the cooling system must also be emptied.
The purpose of the present invention is now to create a room ceiling which can be used to form a cooling ceiling with little effort, which is suitable for dissipating at least medium heat loads, is largely standardized, is easy to install and service and is also inexpensive.
To solve this problem, the room ceiling, which consists of a plurality of suspended metallic ceiling elements, is characterized in accordance with the invention in that, in order to form a cooling ceiling, at least one pipe for carrying a cooling medium is fixedly arranged in at least part of the ceiling elements on the rear side thereof, that the pipe in Area of an element end has an inlet and an outlet, the inlet and outlet being connected via a hose line to a supply or return line for cooling medium mounted above the elements and independently of them.
In order to form a chilled ceiling from a room ceiling known per se, it is therefore only necessary to arrange a supply or return line in the ceiling cavity, to which the cooling elements integrated in the ceiling elements can be connected via hose lines. This not only guarantees a simple ceiling construction, it also leaves the ceiling cavity largely free for the installation of other installations.
One of the most important advantages of the false ceiling according to the invention is that the most important components of the cooling system can already be manufactured in the factory together with the metallic ceiling elements. The ceiling elements equipped with cooling elements in this way only have to be connected to the supply and return lines for the cooling medium via hose lines.
The hose connections are preferably designed as separating couplings, in which couplings automatically acting closing valves can be formed. In this case, there is no need to empty the cooling elements or the Cooling system, if a repair or the like is to be made.
The pipe which forms the actual cooling element can consist of at least two pipe sections which extend over the length of a ceiling element, the pipe ends not serving as inlet or outlet being connected to one another by means of a hose line, preferably likewise by means of separating couplings. Thanks to this construction, the ceiling elements can be connected to the supply and return lines at any end.
In order to ensure optimum heat dissipation, the pipes forming the cooling elements are preferably each provided with a foot part which extends over their length and which can rest against the inner wall of the corresponding ceiling element and at the same time serves to fasten it to the latter. The attachment is preferably carried out by means of a warm or cold conductive adhesive.
- die Kühlelemente sind voll in die Deckenelemente integriert (Rückseite), damit besteht kein visueller Unterschied zu konventionellen Deckenelementen;
- die wesentlichen Teile des Kühlsystems sind im Werk herstellbar (Anbau der Kühlelemente an die Deckenelemente);
- volle gestalterische Freiheit des Architekten für die Decke in der Wahl von Format, Oberfläche und Farbe;
- die Deckenelemente weisen dieselben schallabsorbierenden Eigenschaften auf, wie konventionelle Deckenelemente;
- die Plattenlänge ist dank spezieller Flanschanschlüsse gegebenenfalls auf der Baustelle anpassbar;
- hohe Montage- und Servicefreundlichkeit;
- die kühlmedium- d.h. wasserführenden Teile sind standardisiert und für alle architektonischen Anforderungen anwendbar;
- preisgünstiges Produkt;
- the cooling elements are fully integrated in the ceiling elements (rear), so there is no visual difference to conventional ceiling elements;
- the essential parts of the cooling system can be manufactured in the factory (attaching the cooling elements to the ceiling elements);
- full freedom of design for the ceiling in terms of format, surface and color;
- the ceiling elements have the same sound-absorbing properties as conventional ceiling elements;
- thanks to special flange connections, the panel length can be adjusted on site if necessary;
- high ease of installation and service;
- the cooling medium- ie water-carrying parts are standardized and applicable for all architectural requirements;
- inexpensive product;
- Thanks to preferably self-closing plug-in couplings or flexible rubber hoses of sufficient length, the cooling system does not need to be emptied when dismantling.

On the inside of the
These
This arrangement also has the advantage, among other things, that standardized plates can still be adjusted to a specific length on the construction site by cutting the element to the desired length together with the
Fig. 2 shows from above a section of a cooling ceiling, which consists of
The
The pipeline profiles 6, 7 are designed such that the connecting
As already mentioned, FIG. 4 shows such a
Thanks to the above-described ceiling elements with integrated cooling elements (
