Dish racks for dishwashers, in particular for commercial purposes are known in large numbers. For example, such baskets are in the shown and described below: AT-PS 320 912; AT-PS 349 683; EU PS 380 927; DE-OS 14 28 474; DE-OS 14 28 478; DE-OS 14 86 511; DE-OS 19 49 075; DE-OS 29 46 591; DE-PS 14 86 511; NL-PS 85 00 066; U.S. Patent 3,245,548; U.S. Patent 3,252,582; U.S. Patent 3,482,387; U.S. Patent 3,511 387; FR-PS 2 177 527; GB-PS 1,253,561; CH-PS 507 697. All of these previously known Dish baskets is common in the lower level of the usually rectangular frame a rust or grid-like bottom is provided. Of this lattice-like or rust-like floors extend upwards Pins or spikes that are integrally formed with the bottom or on inserts are provided, which rest on the bottom of the crockery basket. It is also known to attach inserts to the frame of the crockery basket, the one possess lattice-like structure or to define strips by which the of the Frame enclosed space is divided into individual sections, the recording and holding dishes. For commercially used crockery baskets As a rule, uniform subdivisions are provided since the respective Basket either glasses of a certain size or shape, cups or plates or cutlery.

In this context, reference should also be made to DE-OS 20 50 905, the one Crockery basket shows and describes which one for the wash-appropriate arrangement the various parts of the crockery base formed on the crockery parts Have fingers and support lugs, the ones running in one direction The bars of the web rail in the basket base are equipped with metal reinforcing bars. A considerable amount of reinforcement is necessary here in order to adequately accommodate the crockery basket to be stiff and torsion-resistant, although with this previously known Construction a grid-like floor is available.

Baskets of this type have proven themselves, although they have been found must be that in commercial use very often dishes with considerable quantities of leftovers in the dishwasher and then these leftovers get stuck on the grid or rust-like bottom, so that the basket in the consequence must be cleaned, apart from the fact that the here on the grid or rust-like floor lying food scraps the spacious and uniform distribution of the rinsing water and therefore the dishes themselves are not sufficient can be cleaned. In addition, the catering industry is growing Plates used so that the baskets of the uniform used here Standard sizes fewer and fewer plates can be accommodated.

For the sake of completeness, DE-OS 35 34 897 and the US PS 3 433 363 mentioned. The first pre-publication shows and describes an instrument basket, which is made from a one-piece flat sheet blank. In these Basket, an instrument holder can be used, which consists of two handles with each other connected holding combs, in which rod-like instruments lie be inserted. It is medical or dental Instruments for which the problem shown above is not relevant is, so that there is no reason here, the grid-like floor the instrument basket differently than shown. The second-mentioned publication shows a plate rack that is not a crockery basket in the conventional sense. Here are several holding combs on rod-like links provided on the bottom connected with each other. Such a facility cannot be designed to be sufficiently stable, in order to be able to handle them with mechanical devices, if carefully considered is that a conventional dish basket filled with plates some Weighs kilograms. This weight problem is also in the above-mentioned DE-OS 20 50 905 addressed in which an expensive Construction with metal reinforcement is proposed to a to achieve sufficient torsional strength and stability.

Based on this prior art, it is an object of the invention to Dish rack for dishwashers, especially a dish rack for the To accommodate plates so that the disadvantages shown are as possible can be avoided, with the most stable crockery basket possible Sufficient stability and torsional strength without metallic inserts and which can accommodate as large a number of large plates as possible is capable and which can still be bottomless, so to speak, on the one hand, the large-scale and uniform distribution of the rinsing water is not hindered and on the other hand the drainage and disposal of brought in Food waste is no obstacle in the way, which according to the invention succeeds in that the depth of the substantially V-like incisions approximately the corresponds to half the height of the strips and four parallel to each frame Strips are provided (Fig. 3), two spaced apart Strips are arranged in the central area of the frame and one bar in each edge region of the frame is arranged. Thanks to the invention Proposal, it is possible to create a bottomless frame through the enough to stiffen the lasts mentioned so that he can twist the but can take significant load of dishes, while these strips at the same time are designed to accommodate plates. Nevertheless, the filled and loaded crockery basket are handled mechanically.

To illustrate the invention, an embodiment is described in more detail with reference to the drawing, without thereby restricting the invention. Show it:
Figures 1 and 2 a crockery basket in side view and in view. Fig. 3 is a top view of the crockery basket of Figs. 1 and 2; 4 shows a cross section along the section line IV-IV in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 shows a cross section along the section line V-V in FIG. 3.

The crockery basket 1 shows a rectangular shape in plan view and the one-piece Frame 2 is equipped with numerous openings 3. This frame 2 is made of plastic. In this framework or on this framework are now arranged essentially flat strips 4 and 5, which suitably with the frame 2 are integrally formed, the levels of which are perpendicular to the level stand of the frame and which extend over the inner width of the frame 2 and which are arranged parallel to one another and to a frame side 11. The height H of these strips 4 and 5 corresponds approximately to the height of the frame 2, wherein the lower boundary edge 6 of the strips 4, 5 runs straight and in or near the lower frame level (Fig. 4 and Fig. 5).

Der Abstand A bzw. Go from the upper boundary edge 10 of these strips 4, 5 - in the longitudinal direction the strips 4, 5 in succession - essentially V-like incisions 7. The axes of these essentially V-like incisions 7 close with the Frame level an acute angle, the depth T of these cuts approximately corresponds to half the height H of the strips 4 and 5. One edge 8 of the essentially V-like incision 7 has a concave course, whereas the other edge 9 from the upper boundary edge 10 of the strip 4, 5 from about 2/3 of its length runs approximately vertically and then into a concave one Course of the first-mentioned edge 8 is essentially the same direction passes (Fig. 4). If here and below from the top edge of the strips 4 and 5 is spoken, it should be noted that this is an ideal edge , namely the imaginary edge or line that marks the topmost points of the V-type incisions 7 includes, because of these V-type incisions these strips 4 and 5 do not have a continuous straight boundary edge. This the upper and imaginary boundary edge 10 of the strips 4.5 is approximately in the upper Frame level, possibly a little below it, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is clearly recognizable. The wall thickness of these strips 4 and 5 is a few millimeters. Four frames 4, 5 arranged parallel to each other are provided per frame 2 and two spaced strips 4, 5 are in the central region The frame 2 is arranged and a bar 4, 5 in the edge area (Fig. 3). The edges 4 and 5 arranged on the edge are adjacent to each other parallel frame side 11 by lying near the lower frame level Crosspieces 12 connected. These crossbars 12 are only a fraction of the height H of bars 4,5 on. The arranged in the central region of the frame 2 and spaced strips 4, 5 are also close to the lower frame level horizontal crosspieces 13 connected to each other and here is the Height of these crosspieces 13 is only a fraction of the height H of the strips 4, 5. How Fig. 5 illustrates, the two pairs of strips 4; 5 in the longitudinal direction of the Last 4, 5 seen offset against each other, by approximately half Division t of the toothing formed by the V-shaped incisions 7. The distance A and B two strips 4 forming a pair; 5 is larger than the other Distance C of the different provided in the central region of the frame 2 Pair of bars 4, 5.

The strips 4, 5 are expediently connected to the frame 2 at the end and strips, frames and crossbars are made in one piece from plastic.

From the above description and the drawings it can be seen that the Frame 2 is designed practically bottomless, so that the spray jets of the dishwasher can reach the plates unhindered. Rough leftovers fall through the frame 2 through. The crosspieces 12 and 13 serve as drivers for the transport chains with which these crockery baskets in and through the dishwasher be transported. Thanks to the design described above the substantially V-shaped incisions 7 take the plates independently whether they are flat or deep plates, always flushable position inside the basket, even if it is not by the staff be used with sufficient care. Which limit the incisions 7 Edges 8 and 9 and their course guide the plates into their correct position. By the offset of the strip pairs illustrated in connection with FIG. 5 4; 5 with the incisions 7, namely by approximately half the division t the plates of both rows are offset from each other, whereby plates with large Diameter can cover each other without touching and without the Affect the rinsing effect.

The radius of curvature of the concave edge 8 of the incision 7 is approximately 70 mm, this concave edge 8 over a Angular range of approximately 60 ° extends. The center of curvature lies here by a small amount above the upper frame level 14. For the division t a dimension of approximately 50 mm is to be regarded as expedient. This with one Dimensions of the crockery basket of approximately 500 x 500 mm.
