Abstract
Aufgabe der Erfindung war es, Faservliese, aber z.B. auch Vlies/Folienverbünde herzustellen aus biologisch abbaubaren Materialien, mit Anteilen Fasern und ggfs. Folien, welche vorwiegend auf Basis Stärke oder mit Stärke modifizierter Thermoplaste basieren, welche aber auch in Kombination mit anderen biologischen abbaubaren Materialien in der Lage sind, in einem biologischen Umfeld zu verrotten, aber auch durch Photoabbau seine natürliche Festigkeit verlieren kann, alternativ als Gesamtes oder teilweise aber auch wasserlöslich konstruiert sind. Diese Vliese oder Verbundmaterialien sollten auch in Kombinationen verschiedener Schichten, zumindest in Teilbereichen, thermoplastisch verschweißbar, oder in anderen Fällen unter Druck und Wärme verformbar sein, was vorwiegend durch die mit Stärke modifizierten Polymerfasern, insbesondere aus fibrillierten Folien hergestellt, gelöst wurde.The object of the invention was to provide nonwoven fabrics, but e.g. also Manufacture nonwoven / film composites from organic degradable materials, with fibers and possibly.
