Claims (9)
- Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung eines Verbrennungsmotors, insbesondere eines Zweitakt-Motors, bei der zumindest die Zylinderlauffläche von einer Aluminiumlegierung gebildet ist, bei der ferner der Kolben aus einer Aluminiumlegierung als Grundmaterial besteht und auf zumindest 80% seiner Lauffläche mit einer Laufschicht versehen ist und bei der der Kolben zumindest mit einem Kolbenring versehen ist, wobei der zumindest eine Kolbenring aus Guss oder Stahl besteht,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmalea) die Zylinderlauffläche besitzt eine Rauheit von Ra ≤ 0,3µm,b) die Kolbenlaufschicht (3, 4) ist harzgebundenes Graphit,c) der Kolbenring (6) ist mit einer balligen Lauffläche versehen,d) die Zylinderlauffläche ist feingebohrt. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Lauffläche des Zylinders bildende Aluminiumlegierung eine Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung mit einem Silizium-Gehalt von > 8 Gewichts-% ist. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Lauffläche des Zylinders bildende Aluminium-Legierung eine Al-Si-Zn-Legierung ist, bei der der Siliziumanteil > 5 Gewichts-% und der Zn-Anteil > 2 Gewichts-% ist. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenlaufschicht eine Dicke zwischen 10 und 20 Mikrometer besitzt. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Kolbenlaufschicht die Grafitpartikel in einer Größe zwischen 1 und 10 Mikrometer, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 5 Mikrometer liegen. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grafitanteil zwischen 30 und 60 %, vorzugsweise zwischen 40 und 60 % liegt. - Koiben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel, mit dem die Grafitpartikel in der Kolbenlaufschicht gebunden sind, aushärtbares Polyimid ist. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur für das Aushärten der Kolbenlaufschicht 150 - 200 ° C beträgt und das Aushärten während einer Zeit zwischen 10 und 30 Minuten erfolgt. - Kolben-Zylinder-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aluminiumgrundmaterial des Kolbens eine Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung ist.
