  • the peripheral flange 26 of the inner stopper 5 comes to be embedded in the aluminium closure cap 4 between the top and the internal annular projection thereof, so that the liquid pourer unit as a whole, which comprises the pourer 7 and the tubular body 8 with the valve stop means 19, is fastened by means of the inner stopper 5 to the interior of the aluminium closure cap 4. It is therefore possible to pre-assemble the closure device indipendently from a bottle, that is, to obtain a preassembled unit shown in Fig. 7, which can be handled and applied as such to the bottle mouth on closing a bottle.
  • the pourer unit is similarly fastenable to the aluminium closure cap 4, so as to obtain a pre-assembled unit according to Fig. 7.
  • Such a similar fastening can be effected even without the provision of the internal annular projection 27 in said cap 4, so that the inner stopper 5 is fitted with a light force into the aluminium closure cap 4, and a frictional embedding therein of the inner stopper 5 is obtained by taking advantage of the elastic radial compressibility of the preferentially conical flange 26 thereof.

Claims (11)

  1. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung mit
       einer elastisch und vollkommen dicht im Flaschenhals befestigten Flüssigkeits-Ausgieß-Einheit (1) mit einem Anti-Nachfüllventil, und
       einer auf den Flaschenhals aufgeschraubten und dort mittels eines nicht entfernbaren Garantierings (6) gesicherten Aluminium-Verschlußkappe (4),
       wobei die Flüssigkeits-Ausgieß-Einheit (1) umfaßt:
    a) einen rohrartigen Körper (8), der einen beweglichen Ventil-Verschlußkörper (19) aufweist und der an seinem unteren Ende mit einem Sitz (18) für diesen Ventil-Verschlußkörper versehen ist, während seine äußere Oberfläche dafür ausgeformt ist, den rohrartigen Körper (8) im Mündungsabschnitt der Flasche (3) zu sichern und eine elastische vollkommen dichte Verbindung mit der inneren Oberfläche des Mündungsabschnitts der Flasche zu bilden,
    b) einen Ausgießer (7), der eine zylindrische Wand (10) umfaßt und der mit dieser zylindrischen Wand (10) elastisch und vollkommen dicht in dem rohrartigen Körper über eine Schnappverbindung verbunden ist, wobei der Ausgießer (7) mit Öffnungen (23) versehen ist, durch welche die Flüssigkeit ausgegossen werden kann
    c) ein geformtes Mittelteil (9) des Ausgießers (7), das sich in Richtung auf den darunterliegenden beweglichen Ventil-Verschlußkörper (19) erstreckt und einen Anschlag für diesen Ventil-Verschlußkörper (19) bildet,
    d) eine in der zylindrischen Wand (10) des Ausgießers (7) vorgesehene ringförmige Sollbruchzone (14, 14A, 14B), die so ausgebildet ist, daß sie bei Manipulationsversuchen bricht,
       gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:
    e) der Ausgießer (7) ist an seiner Außenseite mit einem ringförmigen Bund (13) versehen, der beim Festschrauben der Verschlußkappe (4) vollkommen dicht mit dem Wulst der Flasche (3) verklemmt wird,
    f) die Verschlußkappe (4) ist mit einem inneren Stopfen (5) versehen, der einen sich vollkommen dicht gegen den darunterliegenden Bund (13) des Ausgießers (7) pressenden ringförmigen Bund (24) und eine innere zylindrische Wand (25) besitzt, die elastisch in Anlage mit dem Ausgießer (7) einrastet,
    g) der innere Stopfen (5) der Verschlußkappe (4) ist mit einem peripheren Bund (26) versehen, der in radialer Richtung elastisch zusammendrückbar ist und der mit der Verschlußkappe (4) zusammenwirkt, um den Stopfen (5) in der Verschlußkappe (4) zu halten,
    h) das geformte, sich nach unten erstreckende Mittelteil (9) des Ausgießers (7) hat eine Vertiefung (21), die wie eine umgedrehte Tasse geformt ist, die an der Außenseite über eine die Öffnungen (23), durch welche die Flüssigkeit ausgegossen werden kann, enthaltende Wand mit dem ringförmigen Bund (13) verbunden ist und deren unterer Rand (22) den Anschlag für den beweglichen Ventil-Verschlußkörper (19) bildet.
  2. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Stopfen (5) aus Kunststoff mit einer gewissen Elastizität hergestellt ist und daß sein peripherer Bund (26) konisch geformt ist und sich nach unten aufweitet.
  3. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminium-Verschlußkappe (4) in der Nähe ihrer Deckelplatte mit einem vorzugsweise ringförmigen inneren Vorsprung (27) versehen ist, wobei der periphere Bund (26) des inneren Stopfen (5) derart einrastbar verbindbar mit dem inneren Vorsprung (27) ist, daß er zwischen diesem Vorsprung und der Deckelplatte der Aluminium-Verschlußkappe (4) aufgenommen wird.
  4. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der periphere Bund (26) des inneren Stopfens (5) reibschlüssig in der Aluminium-Verschlußkappe (4) verankerbar ist.
  5. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Sollbruchzone der zylindrischen Wand (10) des Ausgießers (7) durch einen ringförmigen vorzugsweise durchtrennbaren Streifen (14, 14A, 14B) gebildet wird.
  6. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige vorzugsweise durchtrennbare Streifen (14, 14A, 14B) der zylindrischen Wand (10) des Ausgießers (7) mit einer Dicke gebildet ist, die dünner als die der Wand ist.
  7. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünnere Dicke des Streifens durch eine kontinuierliche Aussparung oder eine unterbrochene Aussparung (Brücken) gebildet wird.
  8. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form der Aussparung rechteckig, gekrümmt oder sich erweiternd oder eine Kombination dieser Formen ist.
  9. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige vorzugsweise durchtrennbare Streifen (14, 14A, 14B) der zylindrischen Wand (10) des Ausgießers (7) durch Vor-Einschneiden gebildet wird.
  10. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rohrartige Körper (8) im Mündungsabschnitt der Flasche mittels einer Vielzahl von elastischen ringförmigen Bünden (17) gesichert wird, die sich beim Gebrauch derart nach oben biegen (beugen) können, daß sie mit Druck an der inneren Oberfläche des Mündungsabschnitts (2, 2A) der Flasche anliegen, um so zu verhindern, daß Flüssigkeit entweichen und die Ausgießer-Einheit (1) aus der Flasche gezogen werden kann.
  11. Flaschenverschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rohrartige Körper innere radiale Finnen (20) aufweist, die dazu dienen, die Bewegung des Verschlußkörper (19) beim Ausgießen von Flüssigkeit zu führen.
