Description
TITLE SECURITY CLOSURE FOR BOTTLES
TECHNICAL FIELD [ 1] This invention is on the security closure for bottles. In detail, the purpose of this invention is not to fill any contents arbitrarily and illegally in the container, without destroying and removing the security closure.
[2] Its another purpose is to stabilize the contents in the container without being moved up and down when they are poured out of the container.
Background Technologies [3 ] The major matter of this invention is to exhaust the contents from the container by opening the finished top closure and leaning the container.
[ 4 ] Meanwhile, in order not to forge and alter the contents, the technology to confirm whether the closure is used or not with the naked eye by painting special materials has been used. However, it
has difficulties to be applied to the mass production line due to its particular working conditions.
[5] In addition, the technologies such as bar code or hologram are impossible to basically defend the forgery and alteration of the contents.
[ 6 ] The technology (PCT/EP1999/05236) puts beads inside the closure to adjust the contents, and if any illegal materials to be put into the container, it gets the beads to block the discharge hole. However it is not possible to fully defend the forgery and alteration of the contents.
[ 7 ] The difficulties mentioned above have the evil practices that when the container is pressured from the upper direction or leaned with pressure, there is the gap between the beads(balls) and the discharge hole and the contents would be flowed via the gap. [ 8 ] On the other hand, for confirming the forgery and alteration, there is another technology that if the closure is opened, the poise will be fallen down. Fundamentally, it has not prevented the illegal filling of contents.
[9] Additionally, there is another technology that if the closure is opened, the upper part of the closure is opened by the trigger of the
spout. But it has some problems involved in the commercialization and airtight.
Detailed Descriptions of Invention Technical Problems
[ 10] The basic purpose of this invention is to prevent the forgery and alteration of contents in the container.
[ 11] Another purpose of this invention is to stabilize the exhaust of the contents in the container.
How to Technically Solve the Problems
[ 12] The security closure invented or developed by this invention under the intension of accomplishing above goals, consists of primarily the establishment of the forgery-proof part, in order not to re-fill the contents via the upper part of the closure.
[13] At least, there should be more than one one-way direction check valve by which it is possible to discharge but not to re-fill.
[14] The upper part of check valve stated above is equipped with the countercurrent flow-proof hole which moves freely. It assists the operation of the check valve.
Expected Effects
[15] This invention is the means to prevent especially the forgery and alteration of alcoholic beverages. If any illegal filling of contents, one-way direction check valve closes the exhaust hole so that the forgery and alteration of contents is basically prevented with the major characteristics such as healthy trade and the restraint of the production of low quality contents.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[16] The figure 1 shows the desirable operations of this invention. [ 17] The figure 2 shows the other operations of this invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [ 18 ] The desirable operation examples of this invention recommended according to enclosed drawings or figures are as follows.
[19] The figure 1 shows a recommended operation example of this invention. The closure of this invention (1) desirably consists of the body (10) combined in the container (100) and the upper cap (20)
combined in the upper part of the body (10).
[20] For the above body (10) to be combined in the container (100), the body (10) united with the globe (11) is possibly combined in the neck part of the container (100), or the globe (11) can be combined in the neck of the container (100) via the separate metal materials.
[21] In addition, one-way direction check valve (30) which opens and closes the vent (12) is structured inside of the above body (10). The above check valve (30) is desirable to be opened and closed by the pressure of contents in the container, occasionally the check valve (30) may be structured to be opened at a certain degree of the inclination of the container (100). The above vent (12) and check valve (30) may be structured with the plural numbers.
[22] The above globe (11) is equipped with the forgery-proof part (50) which is difficult to be removed by using syringes or other tools for forgery and alteration. The side of the above forgery-proof part (50) is equipped with the discharge route (51).
[23] The closure of this invention (1) is structured to enable the contents to be put into the container (100) as shown in the figure 1. Desirably, in the condition of the figure 1, if the upper cap (20) is opened and the container (100) is inclined, the check valve (30) will be
opened by the inside pressure of water, and at the same time the contents will be discharged via the discharge route (51). And then if the container (100) is repositioned, the check valve (30) is instantly closed the vent (12). [24] In addition, as marked in the drawings, the upper side of the check valve (30) is equipped with the countercurrent flow-proof hole (31) with the certain shape and weight for the assistance to close the check valve (30).
[25] The check valve (40) and the countercurrent flow-proof hole (41) can be structured with plural numbers as shown in the drawings.
[26] Therefore, even though the contents is illegally tried to be put into the container (100) via the discharge route (51), it is basically impossible because the response-sensitive check valve (31, 41) closes the vent (12, 13). The above check valve (30, 40) can be structured with various types. One example is that the check valve with the thin outside, opens to the upper part depending on the pressure, and if the pressure is removed, it is instantly restored to the former state and closes the vent.
[ 27 ] As other operating example, figure 2 shows that the countercurrent flow-proof hole (60) is wholly or partially clothed with
or combined in soft materials. Silicon is one of the best covering materials (61).
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY [28] This invention can be used for high-quality liquors, engine oils, and chemical agents. In particular, if used for expensive alcoholic beverages, this invention disables pirates from forging and altering the contents so that it can basically prevent the tax evasion through forgery and alteration.
Claims
[1 ] The closure adopted to the discharge direction of contents of the container is characterized by the facts that its airtight installation for the prevention of forgery is settled closely to the direction by using the whole or partial forgery-proof materials, inside of the above closure, if the upper cap is opened and the container is leaned to the one side, the check valve which closes the vent, opens and the contents are discharged, and if the above container is repositioned, the check valve closes and maintains the airtight.
[2] The check valve, stated in above clause [1], is characterized by the multiple structures.
[3] The upper side of the check valve, stated in above clause [1], is characterized by the equipping with the countercurrent flow-proof hole.
[4] The upper side of the check valve, stated in above clause [1], is characterized by the equipping with the separate forgery-proof part with the discharge route on its side.
[5] For the closure adopted to the discharge direction of contents of the container, its airtight installation for the prevention of forgery is settled closely to the direction by using the whole or partial forgery-
proof materials, inside of the above closure, if the upper cap is opened and the container is leaned to the one side, the countercurrent flow- proof part closing the vent is structured to close the vent. The above countercurrent flow-proof part is characterized by the whole or partial covering of soft materials.
[6 ] The covering material used in the countercurrent flow-proof part, stated in above clause [5], is characterized by silicon.
