The reinforcing material, together with the matrix and filler, are then spirally wound around the press roll such that the press roll is covered with the reinforcing material impregnated with the matrix and filler. The arrangement is such that the surface characteristics of the resultant cover are dependent on the amount and type of filler material added to the matrix.

Abstract
Claims (16)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un recouvrement pour un cylindre de presse (28), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à:alimenter une matrice époxy (10) dans un récipient (12);agiter la matrice époxy (10);ajouter une matière de charge (16) à la matrice (10) tout en agitant la matrice (10); etenrouler en spirale une matière de renforcement (22) sur laquelle on a appliqué la matrice (10) et la matière de charge (16) autour du cylindre de presse (28) de telle sorte que le cylindre de presse (28) est recouvert avec la matière de renforcement (22) imprégnée avec la matrice (10) et avec la matière de charge (16), l'arrangement étant tel que les caractéristiques superficielles du recouvrement résultant dépendent de la quantité et du type de la matière de charge ajoutée à la matrice (10);caractérisé par les étapes consistant à:acheminer la matrice agitée (10) et la matière de charge (16) à une zone d'application (18);dérouler un rouleau (20) de la matière de renforcement (22) de telle sorte que la matière de renforcement déroulée (22) s'étend à travers la zone d'application (18); etappliquer la matrice agitée (10) et la matière de charge (16) sur la matière déroulée (22) au cours du passage de la matière déroulée devant la zone d'application (18)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un recouvrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'alimentation englobe:

- Procédé de fabrication d'un recouvrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière de renforcement (22) est une matière non tissée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un recouvrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue l'étape d'enroulement en spirale de la matière de renforcement (22) au cours de la réticulation de la matrice (10).
