Definitions

  • the invention relates to a socket for a small incandescent lamp for releasable and fixable insertion in one of the sockets adapted opening provided with marginal extensions a circuit board and contacting the lamp by pressing of the lamp connecting wires guided on resilient contact arms to the conductor tracks of the circuit board.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, a version for a small incandescent lamp, which for a Vending machine from the component side is suitable and for the purpose of replacement without complex disassembly of the device simply removed from the opposite side of the panel and retrofitted can be.
  • a version according to claim 1 is provided This version can therefore be particularly advantageous the component side by means of an automatic placement machine be, which is why they are advantageous in the context of an assembly line can be integrated.
  • the lamp simply on the opposite side of the plate using the loosening twist fixation, removed and retrofitted be so that the circuit board inserted into a device does not need to be removed from this.
  • the locking arms on the frame are diametrically opposed to each other opposite, spaced from the contact arms and are essentially congruent and resiliently in the locking position when the socket is inserted snap and the opening at appropriately narrowed areas reach behind on the edge.
  • This training means for practice that the frame is simply in the opening in the appropriate version, which is narrowed by the Ranges is specified, is clipped in after clipping in, the lamp is already fully contacted and is ready to use.
  • the locking arms provided with locking projections either by incisions in the cylinder wall or, as an alternative solution, of angled by an essentially 180 ° bend and essentially parallel to the socket wall Legs are formed.
  • those provided with locking projections Latching arms can be designed as metal arms, which is equally the case can apply to the contact arms according to the invention are designed as metal metal contact springs. Both the metal contact arms and the metal contact springs are separated in shots formed on the frame attached and are especially for larger dimensions Sockets with regard to the stability of the attachment and the spring force exerted is an advantage.
  • a metallic locking arm and a metallic Contact arm are connected to each other in such a way that conductor tracks arranged on both sides of the circuit board on one side of the contact arm and on the other side of the locking arm are contactable, it being useful here has highlighted when the locking arm and the contact arm designed according to the invention as a one-piece contact spring are.
  • This embodiment according to the invention can be advantageous regardless of the side arrangement of the conductor tracks can be used universally because of the possibility of contacting on both sides it is definitely guaranteed that, whether on the top, bottom or both sides, in any case contacting is guaranteed.
  • a further embodiment of the invention can be provided in a further embodiment of the invention be that to limit the insertion movement before Twist diametrically opposite each other on the frame and spaced and offset from the contact arms Rag are formed after performing the contact arms through the edge extensions of the Opening on reaching the twist position on the circuit board attack.
  • the insertion process is thus carried out by these tabs designed particularly simple because of the frame simply up to the tab on the PCB inserted and then since they are already in the right one Position, simply twisted in contact position is, the twist angle according to the invention 30 ° to 40 °, in particular 35 °.
  • indentations are formed on the socket, in which the lobes are placed inwards so that these only insignificantly about the outer diameter of the cylindrical Protruding socket body.
  • the lobes are arranged in this way are that they are in contact with the version of the extensions the opening are congruent so that they with particular advantage cover these extensions and so reduce the passage of light through these extensions.
  • a detent formed on the socket may be provided, the in contact position in a bulge on the edge of the Opening engages. So is the version by means of the machine clipped into the opening, so the latch is provided the frame orientation is correct, in the bulge be introduced. If this is not the case, the latch is in place on the circuit board and the socket can not be clipped in, so that incorrect insertion is avoided becomes. This is the version against unintentional Twisted secured. If the socket is screwed into the opening, the noticeable snapping of the Latch in the bulge the contact position of the socket displayed.
  • Fig. 1 shows an opening made on a circuit board 1 2, which is substantially circular in shape and diametrically opposite extensions 3 and these extensions are also offset from one another has diametrically opposite narrowed areas 4. These narrowed areas 4 close on the Top of the circuit board 1, the contact surfaces 5 on which the lamp lead wires 6 (see FIG. 2) one in the opening 2 to be inserted version 7 in contact position attack.
  • the opening 2 has a bulge 8 on that for the inclusion of a later to be described Locking lug serves to determine the contact position.
  • Fig. 2 now shows the version 7 according to the invention
  • the an essentially hollow cylindrical socket body 9 has in its upper area to accommodate the im Embodiment shown arranged small incandescent lamp 10 is designed as a reflector, which by the trough-shaped recess 11, which is used to increase the reflectance for example, be mirrored or white Material, especially plastic, can exist.
  • the Lamp wires 6 are arranged on the socket body 9 Contact arms 12 guided such that they are in the inserted state place the socket 7 on the contact surfaces 5, whereby the guidance or attachment of the lamp wires 6 to the Contact arms 12 will be described later.
  • locking arms 13 At the Underside of the socket body 9 are two diametrically opposed to each other opposite locking arms 13 resiliently attached in the presence of legs 14, which are due to an im substantially 180 ° bend substantially parallel extend to the socket wall, are formed.
  • locking arms can also be made by making simple incisions in the cylinder wall.
  • the locking arms 13 At the top ends the locking arms 13 are projections 15 formed in the inserted Condition (see Fig. 3) on the underside of the circuit board Attack 1. They are also limited the lateral spring movement of the locking arms 13 in the area of Projections 15 further, bead-like projections 16 are formed, the in contact position on the inside of the narrowed Areas 4 of the opening 2 are in contact and thus spring further prevent the locking arms 13.
  • Fig. 3 now shows the version 7 of Fig. 2 in its inserted Contact position.
  • the locking arms reach behind 13 in a manner known per se and the circuit board of the contact arms spring-mounted on the socket body 9 12 counter-mounted, so that the socket 7 securely in the opening 2 is fixed. 3, then lie the lamp lead wires 6 on the circuit board 1 and thus on the contact surfaces 5.
  • the view rotated by 90 ° in FIG. 4 is furthermore the latch 21 formed on the socket body 9 remove that in the contact position shown in the Bulge 8 of opening 2 engages and so as assembly coding and security against rotation. Furthermore, it is on everyone Contact arm 12 provided insertion slope 22 shown, which the determination of the correct direction of rotation when Lamp replacement is used. 3 that on the socket body 9 two projecting perpendicular to the socket body 9 Lobes are formed, which, in particular 5, diametrically opposite one another are arranged and which serve as limiting tabs for the insertion movement, which takes place within the framework of the twisting mechanism, if the socket 7 from the other side into the circuit board 1 should be used or removed.
  • tabs 17, which are shown in FIGS Eincliplessness shown through the opening 2 of the circuit board 1 must be passed are in the Version 7 trained indentations 18 offset inwards arranged.
  • they are among the contact arms 12 staggered so that, as in particular the supervision from Fig. 6 can be seen when clipping passed through the extensions 3 of the opening 2 and, after locking, to these extensions 3 are partly congruent and thus the Reduce the passage of light through them.
  • the function of the tabs 17 will be described later with reference to FIG. 8 discussed in more detail.
  • each contact arm has 12 in its end area an outward increasing Groove recess 19, the diameter of which is somewhat in the bottom of the groove is less than the diameter of the lamp wire 6, so that this is held clamped.
  • the lamp lead wire 6 by two bends that are essentially 90 ° from the top through the groove 19 to the bottom and thus to the contacting page, like the previous ones Figures can be seen.
  • socket 7 which is a partial section through the socket 7 shows, further details regarding the construction, in particular can be seen in the area of the locking arms 13.
  • the version 7 is so far in the opening 2 by performing the Contact arms 12 inserted through the extensions until the tabs 17 rest on the underside of the circuit board 1 and limit the insertion movement. Only then does the Rotation through the angle ⁇ to the socket in contact position bring, the contact position when the Latch 21 in the bulge 8 is reached.
  • the rags 17 are then essentially congruent with the Extensions 3.
  • averted removal is also a removal Version 7 possible on the clip-in side, for which only the locking arms 13 from their locking position (see Fig. 3) must be pressed inwards into the recess 20, after which the version 7 with the implementation of the rag 17th can be removed by extension 3.
