Claims (5)
- Couvre-culbuteur, en particulier de carter d'huile ou couvercle de soupape, destiné à une fixation démontable étanche aux liquides sur le bloc moteur d'une machine à combustion interne, comportant une garniture d'étanchéité en élastomère fixée au bord du couvre-culbuteur (1) tourné vers le bloc moteur et des trous (5) prévus dans la zone du fond du couvre-culbuteur pour le passage de vis de fixation (6) pour relier le couvre-culbuteur au bloc moteur, les trous (5) étant pourvus de douilles en caoutchouc (7) pour les vis de fixation (6), afin d'obtenir une force de précontrainte suffisante sur la garniture d'étanchéité en élastomère (4), caractérisé en ce que, pour la création de la force de précontrainte, il est prévu respectivement sur une surface de butée axiale d'une vis de fixation (6), un corps élastique métallique (8) qui prend appui sur la surface métallique (9) formant le fond du couvre-culbuteur.
- Couvre-culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps élastique (8) est relié avec les douilles en caoutchouc (7).
- Couvre-culbuteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps élastique (8) est réalisé en acier.
- Couvre-culbuteur selon l'une des revendications là 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps élastique (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'un ressort à lame.
- Couvre-culbuteur selon l'une des revendications là 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps élastique (8) comporte au moins dans la zone de ses points de contact avec la surface métallique (9) du couvre-culbuteur (1) un revêtement acoustique (11).
