Dieser Verbinderstumpf besitzt vorteilhaft einen unteren von vier senkrecht zum Verbinderfuß verlaufenden Seitenwandflächen gebildeten Passungsbereich und ist in diesem Bereich allseitig von im Abstand der jeweiligen Wandstärke der zugehörigen Kämpfer-Innenwand gelegenen äußeren Seitenwandteilen umgeben, die an den Rändern des mittleren, im Vergleich zu den Enden nahezu doppelt so breiten Teiles des Verbinderfußes senkrecht zu letzterem verlaufend angeformt sind. - Bar connector for end-face attachment of a bar hollow profile (8) consisting of synthetic material to a synthetic material frame spar (4) of, in particular, a window frame which extends perpendicular thereto and is reinforced with metal on the inside, having a substantially rectangular connecting foot (1) which is to be brought into position lying on the frame spar (4) in the longitudinal direction thereof, and which foot, by means of inner screw holes (6) lying in its middle appropriately widened part (1') which is to be positioned on the end face (8VII) of the bar (8) and by means of inner screws (7) to be inserted in the said holes, is to be screwed to screw channel ribs (8') provided on the inside of the bar (8) and extending in the longitudinal direction thereof, and, by means of outer screw holes (2) provided in its ends (1") and outer screws (3) to be inserted therein oppositely to the inner screws (7), is to be screwed to the frame spar (4) and to its metal reinforcing hollow profile (5), characterised in that on the middle part (1') of the connecting foot (1) a hollow connecting stump (9) which fits into the bar hollow profile (8) in a form fit manner is integrally formed and in its side walls (9') lying above the inner screw holes (6) is provided with inwardly curved receiving grooves (10) for the screw channel ribs (8') of the bar (8) which fit therein.
- Bar connector according to claim 1, characterised in that the connecting stump (9) in its lower fitting region (9‴) formed by four side wall surfaces (9', 9") extending perpendicular to the connecting foot (1) is surrounded on all sides by outer side wall parts (11, 11', 11") spaced by the respective wall thickness of the associated bar inner wall (8", 8VI), which side wall parts are integrally formed on the edges of the middle part (1'), which is almost double the width of the ends (1"), of the connecting foot (1), and extend perpendicular to the connecting foot.
- Bar connector according to claim 2, characterised in that, above its fitting region (9‴), the connecting stump (9) comprises an insertion region (9V) in the form of a truncated pyramid and formed by outer inclined wall surfaces (9IV).
- Bar connector according to one of claims 1 to 3, for bars (8) provided with an inner metal reinforcing pipe (12), characterised in that in the side wall regions (9') of the connecting stump (9), which contain the receiving grooves (10) for the bar screw channel ribs (8'), spacing tabs (13) are integrally formed on the connecting foot (1), the inner ends (13) of which tabs each lie flush with the inner apex (10') of the associated receiving groove (10) and, like the receiving groove, lie against the outside of the bar reinforcing pipe (12)
- Bar connector according to claim 4, characterised in that, measured with respect to the connecting foot (1), the height of the fitting region (9‴) provided in the connecting stump (9), of the side wall parts (11, 11") surrounding the fitting region on the long sides and of the inner spacing tabs (13) amounts to approximately a quarter of the total height of the connecting stump (9), the height of the truncated pyramid-like insertion region (9V) amounts to approximately three quarters of the total height of the connecting stump (9), and the height of the side wall parts (11') surrounding the fitting region (9‴) on the narrow sides amounts to approximately half of the total height of the connecting stump (9).
- Bar connector according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the side wall parts (11'), surrounding the fitting region (9‴) of the connecting stump (9) on the narrow sides, form, with the associated connecting foot ends (1') containing the outer screw holes (2), an L-shaped profile with the upper side edges (14, 14') rounded off.
- Bar connector according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it consists of metal, in particular zinc die cast.
- Bar connector according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it consists of sufficiently non-deformable synthetic material.
