Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de découpage d'une ébauche (11, 12, 13) destinée notamment, mais non exclusivement, à la fabrication d'une pièce de charnière pour meuble, à partir d'une bande métallique (10), au moyen d'un ensemble formant matrice (17), comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    dans un premier poste, découper ladite ébauche (11) à partir de la bande métallique (10) ;
    retirer l'ébauche (11) découpée et la transférer à un second poste dans une position appropriée ;
    en même que s'effectue le transfert de ladite ébauche (11), faire avancer la bande (10) longitudinalement sur une distance X dans une direction F et la positionner latéralement en la décalant, par rapport audit ensemble formant matrice (17), sur une distance Y dans une direction F1 ;
    découper une seconde ébauche (12) ;
    retirer l'ébauche (12) découpée et la transférer dans ledit second poste dans une position appropriée ;
    en même que s'effectue le transfert de ladite ébauche (12), faire avancer la bande (10) longitudinalement sur une distance supplémentaire X dans une direction F et la positionner latéralement en la déplaçant par rapport à l'ensemble formant matrice (17), sur une distance Y dans la direction F2 ;
    découper une troisième ébauche (13), etc., de manière à produire d'autres ébauches (11, 12),
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'on déplacer ladite bande (10) latéralement par rapport audit ensemble formant matrice dans lesdites directions F1 et F2 sur une distance Y qui est déterminée en fonction de la configuration des ébauches (11, 12, 13) devant être formées de sorte que dans ledit premier poste, lors d'une première étape l'ensemble formant matrice agit sur un côté de la bande métallique (10) et, dans une seconde étape, agit sur l'autre côté de la bande métallique (10), etc., de sorte que les lignes successives de coupe se rejoignent et qu'il ne subsiste aucune bavure, la distance Y ne dépassant pas la largeur de la bande (10).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche (11, 12, 13) est orientée dans ledit second poste de manière à être dans une position appropriée pour l'opération suivante.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche (11, 12, 13) dans ledit second poste est pivotée de 90° autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan défini par les ébauches.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation de l'ébauche (11, 12, 13) s'effectue pendant son transfert dudit premier poste audit second poste.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande métallique (10) est entrainée dans une direction (F3) perpendiculaire à l'axe d'avance (F4) de l'ébauche (14, 15, 16).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche (14, 15, 16) est orientée, dans ledit second poste, dans une position convenant pour l'opération suivante.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche (14, 15, 16) dans ledit second poste est pivotée sur 180° autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan défini par les ébauches.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation de l'ébauche (14, 15, 16) s'effectue pendant son transfert dudit premier poste audit second poste.
