Der maßgebliche Durchmesser der Strahlerleuchte wird nicht mehr vom Leuchtenkörper, sondern vom Durchmesser des Fassungskörperabschnitts 14 der Glühlampenfassung 10 bestimmt, und die gesamte Leuchte ist lediglich um wenige, für die Führung der Anschlußleiter 27 erforderliche Millimeter länger als die Glühlampenfassung 10 selbst. Claims (9)

  1. Incandescent lamp holder, consisting essentially of a single-piece holder body (11), fashioned as an injectionmoulded part of plastics material, within which there are disposed preferably screwless conductor connection terminals and lamp contact studs, with an internal screw thread (23) being fashioned within the holder body for retaining a lamp by a screwed connection, the end of the holder body which is nearest to the lamp and adjoins a section (14) of the holder body with an essentially circular cylindrical circumference having a collar (12), which may have a screw thread (13), for the connection of a reflector (24) or lamp screen, and the conductor connection terminals being centrally disposed within the end region of the holder which faces away from the lamp, characterized in that the conductor connection terminals and lamp contact studs are disposed within a narrow, rectangular mounting block (17) whose width (18), measured in crosssection, is considerably smaller and whose length (19), measured in cross-section, is at least slightly smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical section (14) of the holder body which is adjoined, at its end which is farthest from the lamp, by a transition section (16) which tapers towards the mounting block (17).
