Abstract

Dadurch, daß jeweils nur zwei Stützscheiben 33, 37; 48, 49 gegeneinanderwirken (paarweise), sind nur geringe Kräfte erforderlich, um ein Nachstellen der Zylinder 14, 24 an den Formzylinder 1 zu bewirken. Dabei drehen sich die Achszapfen 4, 17, 22 der Zylinder 1, 14, 24 jeweils zusammen mit den Innenringen (z. Claims (8)

Druckwerk für eine Rotationsdruckmaschine zur Durchführung eines fliegenden Druckplattenwechsels mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Formzylinder (1; 2), einer an die Formzylinder (1; 2) wirkenden Farbauftragswalze (14; 16) sowie einem wahlweise gegen einen der beiden Formzylinder (1; 2) anstellbaren Gegendruckzylinder (24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf sämtlichen Achszapfen (4, 6; 17, 18; 22) aller Zylinder (1, 2; 14, 16; 24) zumindest jeweils eine Stützscheibe (33, 34, 49, 52; 48, 51; 37, 38) angeordnet ist, in welcher der jeweilige Achszapfen (4; 6; 17; 18; 22) rotierbar gelagert ist, daß auf jedem Achszapfen (4; 6) des Formzylinders (1; 2) zwei kreisrunde oder am Umfang mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Kreisabschnitte aufweisende, in Längsachsenrichtung des Formzylinders (1; 2) gesehen, hintereinander angeordnete Stützscheiben (33, 49; 52, 34) gelagert sind, daß auf jedem Achszapfen (17; 18) der Farbauftragswalze (14; 16) eine Stützscheibe (48; 51) angeordnet ist, daß auf jedem Achszapfen (22) des Gegendruckzylinders (24) zwei, in Längsachsenrichtung des Gegendruckzylinders (24) gesehen, hintereinander angeordnete Stützscheiben (38; 37) angeordnet sind, daß eine Hüllkurve der auf den Achszapfen (17; 18; 22) der Farbauftragswalze (14; 16) sowie des Gegendruckzylinders (24) angeordneten Stützscheiben (48; 51; 38; 37) eine Exzentrizität (27, 28; 50, 55) aufweist, daß auf unmittelbar benachbarten unterschiedlichen Achszapfen (4; 6; 17; 18; 22) angeordnete Stützscheiben (33, 49; 52, 34; 48, 51; 38, 37) über ihre Kontaktflächen am Umfang jeweils paarweise (38, 34; 52, 51 oder 37, 33; 49, 48) zusammenwirken, daß die die Exzentrizität (27, 28; 50, 55) aufweisenden Stützscheiben (48; 51; 38; 37) definiert verdrehbar ausgebildet sind.Printing unit for a rotary printing machine for performing a flying printing plate change with a first and a second forme cylinder (1; 2), an inking roller (14; 16) acting on the forme cylinder (1; 2) and optionally against one of the two forme cylinders (1; 2 ) adjustable counter-pressure cylinder (24), characterized in that on all axle journals (4, 6; 17, 18; 22) of all cylinders (1, 2; 14, 16; 24) at least one support disk (33, 34, 49, 52 ; 48, 51; 37, 38) is arranged in which the respective axle journal (4; 6; 17; 18; 22) is rotatably mounted, that on each axle journal (4; 6) of the forme cylinder (1; 2) two circular ones or on the circumference at least two spaced apart circular sections, seen in the longitudinal axis direction of the forme cylinder (1; 2), one behind the other arranged support disks (33, 49; 52, 34) are mounted so that on each journal (17; 18) of the inking roller (14; 16) a support disc (48; 51) is arranged t that on each axle journal (22) of the impression cylinder (24) two support disks (38; 37) are arranged such that an envelope curve of the support disks (48; 51; 38; 37) arranged on the axle journal (17; 18; 22) of the inking roller (14; 16) and of the impression cylinder (24) has an eccentricity (27, 28; 50, 55) has that on immediately adjacent different axle journals (4; 6; 17; 18; 22) arranged support disks (33, 49; 52, 34; 48, 51; 38, 37) via their contact surfaces on the circumference in pairs (38, 34; 52, 51 or 37, 33; 49, 48) cooperate so that the eccentricity (27, 28; 50, 55) having support disks (48; 51; 38; 37) are designed to be rotatable in a defined manner.
