Claims (6)

  1. Boîte à couvercle basculant (paquet HLP) pour cigarettes, comportant une partie boîte (14) constituée d'une paroi avant (16), d'une paroi arrière (18), de parois latérales (19, 20) et d'une paroi de fond (17) et un couvercle (15) ayant une paroi avant (25), des parois latérales (28, 29), une paroi supérieure (26) et une paroi arrière (27) articulée à la paroi arrière (18) de la partie boîte (14), dans la partie boîte (14) étant placé un col (35) constitué d'une paroi avant (36) et de pattes latérales (37, 38) et dont une partie supérieure dépasse d'un bord de fermeture supérieur dirigé transversalement (39) de la partie boîte (14) et, en position fermée, est entourée par le couvercle (15), caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) une languette emboîtable (40) est prévue sur la paroi avant (25) du couvercle dans le prolongement de celle-ci et au-delà d'un bord inférieur dirigé transversalement (47) du couvercle,
    b) cette languette emboîtable (40) est, en position fermée, entièrement engagée entre la paroi avant (36) du col et la paroi avant (16) de la partie boîte (14) de façon telle que le bord de fermeture (39) de la partie boîte (14) et le bord inférieur dirigé transversalement (47) du couvercle soient l'un à côté de l'autre,
    c) le bord de fermeture (14) est, en position fermée, couvert extérieurement par la paroi avant (16) et intérieurement par la paroi avant (36) du col,
    d) la languette emboîtable (40) est moins large que la paroi avant (36) du col de façon telle que le bord (47) du couvercle soit, à ses extrémités, dégagé de la languette emboîtable (40),
    e) la languette emboîtable a un contour qui se rétrécit vers son bord libre (46).
  2. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le bord (47) du couvercle est dégagé à ses extrémités sur une longueur de 3 à 5 mm.
  3. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que la paroi avant (36) du col est, dans une zone extérieure à la languette emboîtable (40) en position fermée, jointe par collage à la paroi avant (16) de la partie boîte (14), en particulier par deux points de colle (42, 43) à proximité d'un bord inférieur (44) de la paroi avant (36) du col.
  4. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que les pattes latérales (37, 38) du col sont fixées par des points de colle (45) à la face intérieure des parois latérales (19, 20) de la partie boîte (14).
  5. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que la paroi avant (36) du col est, par déformation par pression ou estampage, légèrement reculée de la paroi avant (16) de la partie boîte (14) pour la formation d'un interstice (41) pour l'introduction de la languette emboîtable (40).
  6. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le bord libre (46) de la languette emboîtable (40) est en arc de cercle à partir du bord (47) du couvercle.
