Claims (14)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung von Umschlägen, die eine Stationenfolge aufweist mit Stationen (2, 3, 4) zur Ausführung von Fenstern in einem Streifen (B) oder in einzelnen Blättern, wobei diese Stationen zur Ausführung von Fenstern eine Apparatur zur Ausführung von Fenstern bilden, innerhalb derer ein für den Streifen oder die Blätter vorbestimmter Weg angeordnet ist, auf dem dieser Streifen oder diese Blätter mit Werkzeugen zur Ausführung von Fenstern von einer Fensterausschneidestation (2) bis zu einer Formausschneidestation (4) in Kontakt gebracht werden,, wobei die Maschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß entlang der Apparatur (2, 3, 4) zur Ausführung von Fenstern ein zweiter Weg für den Streifen (B) oder die Blätter angeordnet ist, auf dem der Streifen oder die Blätter ohne Kontakt mit den Werkzeugen zur Ausführung von Fenstern gehalten werden, wobei der vorbestimmte Weg und der zweite Weg einen gemeinsamen Anfang (15) und ein gemeinsames Ende aufweisen, und wobei der Anfang der Wege von einer mechanischen Umschaltvorrichtung gebildet ist, die den Streifen (B) oder die Blätter selektiv auf den vorbestimmten oder den zweiten Weg leitet.
  2. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Apparatur zur Ausführung von Fenstern nach der Ausschneidestation (2) von Fenstern in dem Streifen (B) oder den Blättern eine Station zum Gummieren und Aufbringen von Fenstermaterial (3) mit einer Trommel aufweist, die eine Vorlagespule (31) der Apparatur aus diesem Material trägt.
  3. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Apparatur zur Ausführung von Fenstern nach der Formausschneidestation (4) eine Faltstation (5) der Seitenklappen aufweist.
  4. Maschine gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formausschneidestation (4) mit zumindest einem drehbaren Schneidewerkzeug ausgestattet ist.
  5. Maschine gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formausschneidestation (4) mit Flügelmessern ausgestattet ist.
  6. Maschine gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formausschneidestation (4) mit biegsamen Drehmessern ausgestattet ist.
  7. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang des Weges, auf dem der Streifen (B) oder die Blätter ohne Kontakt mit den Werkzeugen zur Ausführung von Fenstern gehalten werden, Transportzylinder (16) für den Streifens oder die Blätter angeordnet sind, mit denen dieser Streifen oder diese Blätter in Kontakt gebracht werden.
  8. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Umschaltvorrichtung eine An- und Abkupplungsvorrichtung ist, die auf dem Weg eingeschoben ist, der am Ausgang (15) einer der Fensterausschneidestation (2) vorausgehenden Station (1) beginnt, um selektiv eine Bewegung auf diese Fensterausschneidestation (2) zu übertragen und die Übertragung dieser Bewegung zu unterbrechen.
  9. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Umschaltvorrichtung eine Vorrichtung mit formschlüssigen Kupplungen ist.
  10. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Apparatur zur Ausführung von Fenstern eine Station zum Gummieren und Aufbringen von Fenstermaterial (3) aufweist, die mit einer mechanischen Umschaltvorrichtung in Form einer An- und Abkupplungsvorrichtung mit formschlüssigen Kupplungen verbunden ist, um selektiv auf diese Station eine Bewegung zu übertragen und die Übertragung dieser Bewegung zu unterbrechen.
  11. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Apparatur zur Ausführung von Fenstern eine Formausschneidestation (4) aufweist, die mit einer mechanischen Umschaltvorrichtung in Form einer An- und Abkupplungsvorrichtung mit formschlüssigen Kupplungen verbunden ist, um selektiv auf diese Station eine Bewegung zu übertragen und die Übertragung dieser Bewegung zu unterbrechen.
  12. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fensterausschneidestation (2) mit zumindest einem Transportzylinder (16) für den Streifen oder die Blätter ausgestattet ist.
  13. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Station zum Gummieren und zum Aufbringen des Fenstermaterials (3) mit zumindest einem Transportzylinder (16) für den Streifen oder die Blätter ausgestattet ist.
  14. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formausschneidestation (4) mit zumindest einem Transportzylinder (16) für den Streifen oder die Blätter ausgestattet ist.
