Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an injector nozzle for production air-filled liquid drop, according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Es sind bereits sog. Zweistoffdüsen in verschiedenen Ausführungsformen bekannt. There are already so-called two-substance nozzles in different Embodiments known. These nozzles, for example a liquid and a gaseous medium fed under pressure, these media within a Mixing chamber are mixed together. In the Use of such nozzles for the application of crop protection agents additional air is usually only used to increase speed the particles or droplets or Refinement of the drop spectrum, i.e. for downsizing the average drop diameter is used. By a relatively high consumption of additional air and through such a nozzle system is necessary for a pressure generator technically relatively complex and not very practical. Air pressure also affects the amount of the liquid sprayed out, causing the technical Effort through facilities for quantity regulation or -constant maintenance is still increased.
Above all, to apply crop protection products with hand-operated small devices also with injector nozzles automatic air intake known. The advantage of such Injector nozzles lies in the unproblematic Flow control over the liquid pressure, in one regarding the emission of plant protection products - less susceptibility to wind due to greatly enlarged Drop diameter and in an improvement of the covering structure on the target surface because the air-filled Drops on impact e.g. on plant surfaces burst, resulting in the same volume of liquid larger wetting surfaces can be achieved. Through the Expansion of the compressed air or gas particles during Leaving the nozzle, the drops experience an additional one Acceleration, resulting in better penetration the target stocks is made possible. As a disadvantage at however, these known injector nozzles have an inhomogeneity of the liquid-air mixture generated proven in front of the nozzle outlet opening. This creates strong pulsations in the fluid intake, with the result that at the nozzle outlet extremely different drop sizes and strong Fluctuations in the distribution characteristics as well as in Ejection of the liquid-air mixture in the micro range to adjust.
From GB-A-22 56 817 an injector nozzle is also known which attaches itself to a metering nozzle with an outlet bore a Venturi tube connects, which is a kind of nozzle body forms. A venturi channel is central in this venturi tube trained, one against the dosing nozzle backwards conically widening mouth as well as a adjoining the conical mouth in the direction of flow, obviously essentially cylindrical Venturi hole contains that in one Embodiment in a jump in cross section extended mixing chamber, which in turn opens with the spray nozzle outlet is in flow communication; after some other embodiments are separate Mixing chamber apparently not required. Accordingly, in this known injector nozzle is inside the Venturi bore there obviously no pronounced mixing intended, but the mixing of air and liquid should be obvious either in the mentioned mixing chamber (outside the Venturi bore) or directly at the spray nozzle outlet take place (in the latter case without specially trained Chamber).
The invention is therefore based on the object Injector nozzle of the prerequisite in the preamble of claim 1 Kind of creating that while maintaining the advantages of the known known Versions as well as a relatively simple construction through a particularly high uniformity of the drop sizes and a largely fluctuation-free distribution characteristic distinguishes this drop of liquid.
This object is achieved by the claim 1 specified features solved.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous refinements and developments of Invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
In this injector nozzle according to the invention expanded the chamber designed as a mixing chamber is conical Towards the cavity, and this cavity forms a homogenizing and calming room with the effect a pulsation damper. Through this invention Measures that are formed in the mixing chamber and resulting liquid-air mixture in the immediately following in the direction of flow Room calms down and homogenized particularly cheaply. This homogenization and calming room can be designed as a wind chamber-like cavity and acts as a kind of pulsation dampener or pressure accumulator, whereby the undesirable fluctuations, as in the known designs explained occur largely and in general even can be completely avoided, this also for so-called micropulsations applies. Through a sensible design this homogenizing and calming room is also a particularly high uniformity in the Size of the liquid drop at essentially fluctuation-free distribution characteristics achieved. The so from the outlet opening of the outlet element air-filled liquid drops emerging from this injector nozzle are extremely unaffected by wind and worry thus for an optimal covering structure of the ejected Liquid on a target surface, for example Plant surfaces when it comes to spreading and Distributing crop protection products goes.
It is particularly useful if the inventive Injector nozzle the inlet cross-section of the homogenizing and calming space about 1.5 to 9 times Value, preferably 3 to 5 times the value of the outlet cross-section the mixing chamber.
In this embodiment of the invention, the Cavity forming a homogenizing and calming space have at least about twice the volume of that Mixing chamber, the shapes and configurations of this Different in a very favorable way Purposes can be customized. Accordingly can the homogenization and calming room Have total length that is greater than the length of the Mixing chamber.
Furthermore, it can be particularly advantageous if the homogenizing and calming room a rear Has space area that the forming the mixing chamber Component encloses in a ring. With this configuration of the space mentioned it expands from the mixing chamber inflowing liquid-air mixture partly opposite the general flow direction backwards - from what is particularly beneficial for avoiding micropulsations affects.
The uniformity of the size of the liquid drops can also in an advantageous manner if necessary be improved in that between the mixing chamber and the outlet element, preferably by a Wire mesh or perforated sheet formed, perforated Element is provided.
It can also be advantageous if the air intake opening the mixing chamber to a device, preferably a throttle device to change the intake air quantity can be connected. In this way if necessary, the drop exit speed and drop size are affected.
The air intake opening of the mixing chamber can also also to an air system under pressure, preferably to the exhaust system of a carrier vehicle, be connectable. This can be the case, for example if the injector nozzle belongs to an injection unit, with the pesticide should and that of a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine will be carried.
In some applications it can also be useful be to feed additional liquids and / or gases into the mixing chamber at least one more Provide suction opening that is similar, for example could be trained and attached like that Air intake opening of the mixing chamber.

Based on the representations in Figures 3 to 7 initially some other embodiments and variants explained the injector nozzle according to the invention, specifically, these configurations relate to but not only the area of the homogenization and calming room, while all other components of the injector nozzle - unless specifically addressed will - be carried out essentially the same can, as previously explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 has been.

In the example in FIG. 3, 1 'is located inside the injector nozzle.

Fig.6 durch ein Drahtgewebe bzw. Sieb 16 gebildet sein.
In beiden Ausführungsformen (Fig.5 und 6) ist dieses
perforierte Element 15 bzw. 16 in den ringförmigen
Dichtungskörper 14 eingebaut. Dieses perforierte Element
15 bzw. 16 sorgt in optimaler Weise für eine äußerst
gute Gleichmäßigkeit der Flüssigkeits-Tropfengrößen.According to the embodiments in Figures 5 and 6 of the injector nozzle

Düsenöffnung 2'a koaxial zur Düsenlängsachse 1''' a ausrichtet,
wobei auch hier eine Art Selbstzentrierung erreicht
werden kann.Compared to that described and illustrated with reference to FIG. 1

7 in seinem Volumen besonders klein gehalten
eine besonders kompakte, raumsparende Ausführung hinzukommt.7 shows an embodiment of the injector nozzle,

bzw. Überwurfmutter integriert sein
kann. An einer solchen Abdeckung 18 der Luftansaugöffnung
6 können eventuell rückströmende Flüssigkeitspartikel
aufgefangen werden, so daß dort ein gesondertes
Rückschlagventil mit den damit verbundenen betrieblichen
Nachteilen auf einfache Weise vermieden werden
kann. When executing the injector nozzle according to Fig. 7

Luftmenge gestattet. With regard to the structural design in the area of
Fig.7 und 4 erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiele der
With regard to this previously explained with reference to Figures 7 and 4

Finally, based on FIGS. 8 and 9, there are still a few Possibilities for the design of the distributor mouthpiece trained exit element illustrated.
So zeigt Fig.8 eine Ausbildungsform des Verteilermundstückes
7' mit einer einzigen Austrittsöffnung 8', die
einen hinsichtlich Form und Größe einstellbaren Querschnitt
aufweist.
8' bzw. deren Querschnitt in gewünschter
Weise zu verstellen. For example, Fig. 8 shows an embodiment of the distributor mouthpiece

Also with regard to these previously with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9 outlined design options for the nozzle outlet opening or openings 8 'or 8' ' that these configurations of the distributor mouthpiece 7 ' or 7 '' with all other embodiments described above the injector nozzle according to the invention combined can be.
