Abstract
Un dispositif à pose rapide permet de verrouiller réciproquement des tuiles de béton ou de terre cuite (T1, T2, T3, T4) grâce à plusieurs supports de tuiles (2) en matière plastique moulée, du polyéthylène par exemple, sur lesquels les tuiles se placent en demi-recouvrement. Chaque support (2) comporte quatre modules pour tuiles (8, 10, 12, 14) dont chacun est associé à un dispositif de fixation de tuile par encastrement qui assujettit les tuiles au moyen de crochets (50, 52, 54, 56) qui entrent en prise avec des parties à verrouillage latéral associé correspondantes des tuiles, et il comporte aussi des segments en forme de mâchoires (70, 72) qui entrent en prise avec les portions à recouvrement frontal des tuiles. Chaque support (2), présente aussi des parties faisant ressort qui sont adjacentes aux segments en forme de mâchoires (70, 72) et doivent résister aux charges pouvant heurter les tuiles assujetties au support (2). On trouve aussi des poignées de transport (118, 120) qui permettent au couvreur de transporter les supports et les tuiles qui y sont assemblées. Les supports présentent aussi des projections (100, 102, 104) de positionnement venant se mettre en place dans des encoches complémentaires (106, 108, 110). Complétant ce dispositif de pose et fixant les supports (2) et donc les tuiles (T1, T2, T3, T4) sur un toit, des attaches appropiées sont insérées au travers d'ouvertures (112, 114, 116) pratiquées dans les planches (130) de la structure du toit.
