- the reserve room based on normal writing arranged the storage room.
- the closure element of the Refill valve is connected to a plunger on the opposite end of the order from the spare room is led out such that by depressing the First push the closure element into an open position and then again in a closed position can be moved.
- the known writing instrument is in the closed position of the refill valve only that Volume of the pantry effective.
- the pantry can therefore be designed so that the largest possible, included Air volume from the compensation capacity of the capillary system is safely mastered at the top of the order, so that there is no uneven ink flow and one dirty typeface can come. Is the pantry is written in blank, this is done by opening the refill valve the storage room again with ink from the spare room filled.
- the known writing instrument has the disadvantage that it cannot be refilled with ink and therefore thrown away when the ink is in the pantry and the reserve room is used up.
- a fountain pen of the type mentioned is the in Figure 8 GB-A-6570 A.D. Shown in 1915.
- the fountain pen is unscrewed its tip part filled with ink from the barrel.
- Shank contains a pantry and a spare room that through a wall in which there is a refill valve, are separated from each other.
- a separating valve is also provided, through that from the store to the writing tip leading connection channel is closable.
- the Closing elements of both valves are by a tappet connected to a rotary knob designed as a screw, which is arranged at the rear end of the fountain pen. Is the ink in the storage room is consumed by turning the refill valve is opened and after that when the refill valve reaches its maximum open position reached, the isolating valve closed.
- a refillable writing instrument is known from US Pat. No. 2,646,777 known, in which the storage room on the pen opposite end is provided with a piston pump, through a suction pipe protruding from the storage room can be actuated.

Description
The invention relates to a writing instrument, in particular a Fountain pen, with an ink or other writing fluid fillable storage space, which is connected via a connecting channel with a flow regulator and a writing tip connected and that from a spare room is refillable by opening one in a basic position closed refill valve can be connected to the storage room is, the connecting channel through a in its basic position open isolating valve is lockable, the connected to the refill valve by an actuator is.
In a writing device known from DE-U-86 20 385 the reserve room based on normal writing arranged the storage room. The closure element of the Refill valve is connected to a plunger on the opposite end of the order from the spare room is led out such that by depressing the First push the closure element into an open position and then again in a closed position can be moved. In the known writing instrument is in the closed position of the refill valve only that Volume of the pantry effective. The pantry can therefore be designed so that the largest possible, included Air volume from the compensation capacity of the capillary system is safely mastered at the top of the order, so that there is no uneven ink flow and one dirty typeface can come. Is the pantry is written in blank, this is done by opening the refill valve the storage room again with ink from the spare room filled. The known writing instrument has the disadvantage that it cannot be refilled with ink and therefore thrown away when the ink is in the pantry and the reserve room is used up.
A fountain pen of the type mentioned is the in Figure 8 GB-A-6570 A.D. Shown in 1915. The fountain pen is unscrewed its tip part filled with ink from the barrel. Of the Shank contains a pantry and a spare room that through a wall in which there is a refill valve, are separated from each other. A separating valve is also provided, through that from the store to the writing tip leading connection channel is closable. The Closing elements of both valves are by a tappet connected to a rotary knob designed as a screw, which is arranged at the rear end of the fountain pen. Is the ink in the storage room is consumed by turning the refill valve is opened and after that when the refill valve reaches its maximum open position reached, the isolating valve closed. Subsequently the fountain pen with the writing tip held down and shaken to remove the ink from the spare room to be transported to the storage room. Here will through the closed isolation valve the emergence of Avoid ink at the nib. By screwing back the rotary valve opens the isolation valve again and then the refill valve is closed again. The fountain pen is then ready to write again.
A refillable writing instrument is known from US Pat. No. 2,646,777 known, in which the storage room on the pen opposite end is provided with a piston pump, through a suction pipe protruding from the storage room can be actuated. To refill the storage room, this will be Suction tube immersed in an ink tank and by opening and closing Moving down the writing instrument actuated the piston pump. The disadvantage here is that when refilling the increasing pressure in the ink regulator in the storage room Ink emerges from the writing tip, so that the Outside of the writing instrument and the operator's fingers can be stained with ink. It can also be easy to overfill the pantry and ink chambers come in the ink regulator, causing the typeface gets messy when writing. Finally is the handling of the known writing instrument cumbersome and the suction pipe protruding from the storage room does that Arrangement of an additional protective sleeve required.
The CH-A-255 993 is a refill container known as remove it to the storage room with the help of a filling pipe a fountain pen can be connected to this again with Fill writing fluid. The filling tube is against that Force of a spring axially movable in front of through a valve plate sealed container opening attached by which leads a hose to the bottom of the container. The same The valve plate is in the refill opening of the Fountain pen. With the help of one formed by a rubber balloon Air pump can put pressure on the refill container will. For refilling, the writing instrument with its Refill opening placed on the filling pipe and after pressed against the refill container below, the filling tube penetrates both valve plates and thereby the Connects the hose to the fountain pen. Due to the excess pressure generated in the refill container the liquid is transferred to the outside air pressure Hose and the filling pipe in the reservoir of the fountain pen pressed, the air in it over the ventilation channel at the tip of the fountain pen escapes. After filling, the fountain pen is removed from the filling tube deducted, the openings in the valve plate close again automatically.
The invention has for its object a writing instrument the type mentioned in such a way that it repeats filled with ink or writing fluid can, without overfilling is possible and that it is Do not refill the reservoir to excessive ink supply can come at the top of the order.
This object is achieved in that the Reserve room an externally accessible by an automatic the closing valve has a closed refill opening, to the one provided with means for keeping the valve open Refill container is tightly connectable and that Isolation valve closed before opening the refill valve and is opened after the refill valve is closed.
In the writing instrument according to the invention, the is again with Spare space to be filled with ink through the refill valve or the isolating valve always from the writing tip and the flow regulator Cut. The writing instrument can therefore Refill only take up as much ink as the reserve and possibly also the storage room. An overfilling with the result that ink on the Pen tip is not possible. same for when refilling ink from the reserve room into the storage room, since the connection channel before opening the refill valve to the writing tip through the isolating valve closed and only after the refill valve is closed is opened again. One versus atmospheric pressure Increased pressure in the reserve room, which is the case when refilling with ink or by changing atmospheric pressure or the temperature can come, therefore cannot lead to an oversupply of ink on the writing tip and the capillary system of the flow controller. Because the pantry through Operate the refill valve in a simple manner from the Reserve room can be filled with ink again, he can in its size the pressure equalizing capacity of the flow regulator be optimally adjusted. The reserve room, however can be made as large as this regardless allow the outside dimensions of the writing instrument.
To achieve that before opening the isolation valve again after operating the refill valve, the pressure in the Funds are lowered, funds can continue to be provided be after closing the refill valve and before opening the isolation valve, increase the volume effect of the pantry. This will suppress from ink to the nib when opening the Separating valve counteracted. A simple remedy can consist, for example, that the closure element of the Refill valve is designed as a piston in the The closed position of the refill valve is axially movable.
The actuation of the two valves can be carried out after another Proposed the invention in a simple manner by that the closure elements of the refill valve and Isolation valve are attached to a plunger, the Closing path of the isolation valve is smaller than that Way to open the refill valve. Here, the closure element the isolation valve and / or the refill valve be axially movable relative to the tappet, so differences between the closing path of the respective closure element and the actuation path of the ram balanced will.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the closure element of the isolation valve from an elastic deformable hose is formed on the closure element the refill valve is attached and with his free end to a valve seat at the inlet end of the connecting channel is pressable. This configuration of the Isolation valve is mainly characterized by a low Manufacturing and assembly costs and due to a low susceptibility to wear out.
Another embodiment of the invention provides that Refill valve and / or the isolation valve a valve seat with a seat formed by a cylindrical bore has, in which the closure element can be inserted and is of such a length that the closure element is limited axially movable in its closed position.
The ink flow through the open refill valve and / or the open isolating valve can, according to another proposal the invention can be improved in that the Ribs extending in the flow direction border, which counteract the surface tension and sticking of individual drops in the area of the passage opening of the valve.
To operate the refill valve and the isolation valve preferably a push button provided that the Nib closes opposite end of the spare room. The push button can be supported on a compression spring be held by them in a basic position in which the refill valve is closed or the isolating valve is open. It has proven to be advantageous if the push button cannot be pressed suddenly. According to the invention this can be achieved in that the Pushbutton with an external thread in the threaded hole a sleeve-shaped knob is screwed in and through Turning the knob is axially movable. It has continued proven to be advantageous if the reserve room limiting effective cross section of the push button is larger than the effective separating the reserve room from the store room Cross section of the closure element of the refill valve. On this way, when you press the pushbutton, the volume of the reserve room somewhat reduced. This has a minor one Pressure increase resulting in the transfer of the Promotes writing fluid in the pantry. When you let go the button the conditions are reversed, so that the outlet pressure in the storage room and in the reserve room again is achieved.
According to a further proposal of the invention can continue the refill opening accessible from the outside through a central, hole connected to the reserve in the Push button formed, which is the self-closing Valve takes up.
According to the invention, the closure element of the Valve in the refill opening from a wall or membrane made of elastomeric material and a pre-punched have an automatically closing opening through which a hollow needle a refill can be pierced from the outside. This makes a dense with simple means Connect a refill container to the spare room allows without the reserve room by loosening a Lid or a comparable closure opened must become. Refilling the reserve room is therefore on a simple and clean way possible. Through the hollow needle can alternately push ink into the spare space and Air is sucked out of the reserve room. Furthermore can the area containing the closure element is one to the closure element have concentric guide surface that for orientation of a guide element one for refilling the intended refill container. To protect the Closure element and to avoid touching it furthermore the closure element sunk in a bore be arranged, the diameter of the outer diameter of the Hollow needle of the refill container only slightly exceeds.

Is the ink in the reservoir with the fountain pen described

Figure 3 shows an embodiment of a fountain pen

des Schließwegs des Trennventils 9.Through a central through hole in the
In Figure 3, the
In axialer
In the embodiment variant shown in
By a
The actuation of the

Should the
