Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a corner edge profile for the Covering a building, especially for stair edges, with an almost perpendicular section and a section running perpendicular to it, some of which as a support strip on the edge of the building and partly as Cover wing is designed for the material to be installed.
Such a stair nosing profile is already out impact-resistant hard PVC known in which the support section and the cover wing a pocket for the to be covered Form material; the latter is usually a Plastic carpet covering on which the inflexible cover wing lies on. An adaptation of this corner edge profile to materials with different heights or above all to unyielding ones Materials such as Parquet finished parts is not possible.
The invention has for its object a corner edge profile for covering a building, especially for stair edges to create which within certain limits can be used for materials of different thicknesses; in particular an adaptation to different material heights be provided.
The object is solved by the features of
This design of the cover wing makes it possible adapt the latter to different material heights, whereby only one corner edge profile for all material heights is required. The publisher needs for the laying work thus only a single corner edge profile, which he on Adjust the location of the different material height can, even if the material is relatively hard, e.g. from prefabricated parquet parts consists.
According to the invention the underside of the profile at least one in the longitudinal direction of the profile running recess. This recess can e.g. Pick up construction parts to compensate for unevenness at the vertical termination of the edge of the building, e.g. a profiled wooden staircase. This recess can be U-shaped with straight walls.
The bottom of the perpendicular to the second section Section is graduated. Hereby can fit the entire profile to the selected one Thickness of the material, e.g. the finished parquet part, be adjusted.
There can be at least two stiffeners, each with mutually extending Sub-areas may be provided.
It is expedient in the profile above the support level a channel running in the profile running direction is provided. Of the The cross section of the channel can be adapted to the outer surfaces of the profile be.
The wall thickness between the channel is preferred on the one hand and the recess and the connection between the cover wing and the support strip on the other hand almost the same.
The support strip can be arranged offset, if necessary Countersunk screws can be attached to the edge; the The surface of the profile expediently runs in the transition area of the two sections at an angle. The angle with the vertical is preferably between 30 ° and 60 °. The surface of the profile is preferably at least partially anti-slip design.
A particularly expedient embodiment of the invention exists is that the profile is made of aluminum.
The corner edge profile can be used to cover buildings different types can be provided. Below are two called particularly preferred application examples. The edge can be provided on a wooden staircase or on a concrete step be. The profile takes according to a particularly preferred embodiment Finished parquet parts.
