Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Herstellen von Formular-Etiketten zeichnet sich dementsprechend dadurch aus, daß ein Haftkleber auf Heißleimbasis verwendet wird, dieser Haftkleber auf der Silikonseite des silikonbeschichteten Papiers aufgebracht wird und daß anschließend das so beleimte silikonbeschichtete Papier mit seiner beleimten Seite auf das Formular aufgeklebt wird.Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird damit nicht das Formular sondern das Silikonpapier beleimt. Dies eröffnet die Möglichkeit, einen Haftkleber auf Heißleimbasis zu verwenden. Nachdem die Welligkeit des Endproduktes wesentlich durch den Wasseranteil im Kaltleim bedingt ist, kann diese Wellenbildung durch die Verwendung des nunmehr möglichen Heißleimes praktisch ausgeschlossen werden. Der Heißleim kann entweder über eine Flächenkaschierdüse oder mittels Auftragswalzen aufgetragen werden. Diese "geringe" Viskosität ist aber nicht für die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit ausschlaggebend, da der Heißleim relativ schnell abkühlt und zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem er auf die Papierbahn aufgebracht wird zusammen mit dem silikonbeschichteten Papierstreifen, bereits relativ stark erkaltet ist. Claims (6)

  1.
