  • the above mentioned arms 22 and 23 exert an elastic thrust action on the sides of the ribbon-like portions 12 and 13 of the electric conductor 8, so as to ensure a sufficient mutual-contact pressure.
  • the shape of the arms 22 and 23 of the clamp element 10 substantially matches the shape of the wiring portion 8b of the electric conductor 8, so as to define a relatively wide contact surface with said electric conductor, which surface is therefore capable of ensuring a very reliable and durable electric connection.

It will be recognized, in fact, that since the wiring portion 8b of the electric conductors 8 emerges perpendicularly to the strip-like base 2, said conductors offer a wide surface on which the clamp elements 19 of each connector 20 can efficiently exert their clamping action, each time it is necessary to make a branching or an electric connection with power lines external to the raceway 1.
  • the contact area between the clamp elements and the wiring portion of the conductors is relatively wide and not substantially punctiform as it is, on the contrary, in the known art. This quality not only ensures a very reliable contact, but also enables the conductors and connectors to be submitted to a reduced wear at the region of mutual contact, in that arising of sparks or, what is worse, of flames is substantially averted.

Claims (7)

  1. Kanal zur Verteilung von elektrischer Energie und dergleichen, in Räume für den zivilen Gebrauch, umfassend:
    eine an einer Wand dieser Räume oder eines Zimmers zu befestigende Basis (2);
    einen leistenförmigen Deckel (3), der abnehmbar an dieser Basis (2) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, um mit dieser letzteren mindestens einen Aufnahmeraum (4) festzulegen;
    ein Halterglied (9), das mit dieser leistenförmigen Basis verbunden ist und ins Innere dieses Aufnahmeraumes (4) ragt; und
    eine Vielzahl von Stromleitern (8), die in diesem Aufnahmeraum (4) aufgenommen sind und sich zueinander in Längsrichtung und parallel im Bereich dieses Haltergliedes (9) erstrecken, wobei jeder dieser Stromleiter einen Verankerungsabschnitt (8a) aufweist, der mit dem Halterglied (9) und einem Verkabelungsabschnitt (8b) starr verbunden ist, der sich in einer zur leistenförmigen Basis (2) im wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder dieser Stromleiter (8) einen ersten und einen zweiten bandförmigen Abschnitt (12 und 13) aufweist, die symmetrisch gegenüberliegen und miteinander im Bereich einer länglichen Knickkante (14) verbunden sind, wobei dieser erste bandförmige Abschnitt (12) gegenüber dem zweiten bandförmigen Abschnitt (13) gemäß einem Knickwinkel von im wesentlichen 180° geknickt ist, wobei jeder dieser bandförmigen Abschnitte (12, 13) mit einer jeweiligen, hakenförmigen Zunge (15, 16) versehen ist, die gegenüber dem bandförmigen Abschnitt selbst eine Biegung von 90° aufweist, um im wesentlichen diesen Verankerungsabschnitt (8a) festzulegen.
  2. Kanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Verankerungsabschnitt (8a) der Stromleiter (8) in diesem Halterglied (9) eingebettet ist.
  3. Kanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diesr Verankerungsabschnitt (8a) mit dem Verkabelungsabschnitt (8b) der Stromleiter (8) einen im wesentlichen "T" profilierten Querschnitt aufweist.
  4. Kanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein klemmenartiges Element (19) eines abgeleiteten Stromleiters (20) mit dem Verkabelungsabschnitt (8b) eines jeden dieser Stromleiter (8) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann.
  5. Kanal nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das klemmenartige Element (19) eines jeden abgeleiteten Stromleiters (20) einen mittigen Körper (21) aufweist, von dem sich mindestens zwei Arme (22, 23) erstrecken, wobei diese Arme zueinander symmetrisch angeordnet sind, um eine Aufnahme (24) für diesen Verkabelungsabschnitt (8b) des jeweiligen Stromleiters (8) festzulegen und eine elastische Schubwirkung auf die Flanken dieser bandförmigen Abschnitte (12, 13) des Stromleiters selbst auszuüben.
  6. Kanal nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (22, 23) eines jeden klemmenartigen Elementes (19) zum Verkabelungsabschnitt (8b) des jeweiligen Stromleiters im wesentlichen gegenprofiliert sind.
  7. Kanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in diesem Aufnahmeraum (4) eine längliche Schutzplatte (17) vorgesehen ist, die zur Abdeckung der Stromleiter (8) angeordnet ist und abnehmbar mit diesem letzteren in Eingriff steht, um die zufällige Berührung mit den Stromleitern selbst zu verhindern, wenn der Deckel (3) von der Basis (2) außer Eingriff ist.
