Flachstrickmaschinen dieser Art sind insbesondere durch die DE 36 09 539 C bekannt. Zur Steuerung der Platinen sind gesonderte Schloßbereiche am Schlitten vorgesehen, die einen komplizierten Aufbau des Maschinenschlittens (DE 39 17 934 A) und auch entsprechenden Platzbedarf im Schloßbereich des Schlittens erforderlich machen.Flat knitting machines of this type are known in particular from DE 36 09 539 C. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird bei einer Flachstrickmaschine der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst.The object is achieved in a flat knitting machine of the type mentioned in the invention by the features listed in the characterizing part of the main claim.
Bei einer erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten zweibettigen Flachstrickmaschine entfällt ein gesonderter Platinensteuerbereich mit sich über die ganze Länge des Maschinenschlittens erstreckenden Platinenführungsbahnen. Die mit den Steuerteilen für die Platinen versehenen Vorrichtungen zum seitlichen lösbaren Befestigen am Maschinenschlitten werden bei mehrsystemigen Maschinenschlitten nur an denjenigen Schloßsystemen angesetzt, die bei einem gewählten Strickprogramm zum Einsatz kommen. Der Nadelsteuerbereich des Maschinenschlittens läßt sich durch die seitlich ansetzbaren Steuervorrichtungen für die Platinen kompakter gestalten, was einen gewichtsarmen Aufbau des Maschinenschlittens begünstigt.In a two-bed flat knitting machine designed according to the invention, a separate sinker control area with sinker guide tracks extending over the entire length of the machine carriage is eliminated. Der Aufbau der Platinensteuervorrichtungen läßt sich einfach und selbstätig umsteuerbar gestalten. So kann die Führungsbahn für Steuerfüße der Platinen in den einzelnen Steuervorrichtungen vorteilhafterweise einerseits durch zwei in Durchlaufrichtung aufeinanderfolgende und zur Ausführung entgegengesetzt zueinander und senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung gerichteter Verstellbewegungen miteinander gekoppelte Schloßstege und anderseits durch zwei ebenfalls senkrecht zur Durchlaufrichtung bewegbare, einseitig federbelastete Führungsbleche begrenzt sein. Die gegenläufige Verstellbewegung der beiden Schloßstege kann auf konstruktiv einfache Weise dadurch erreicht werden, daß beide Schloßstege über Doppellenker parallelverstellbar an dem Vorrichtungskörper angelenkt und zusätzlich mittels eines weiteren Lenkers miteinander gekoppelt sind, dergestalt, daß durch den zusätzlichen Kopplungslenker bei einer Verstellbewegung des jeweils vorlaufenden Schloßsteges der nachlaufende Schloßsteg zu einer entgegengesetzten Verstellbewegung gezwungen ist. Die die Steuerbahn der Steuerfüße der Platinen anderseits begrenzenden federbelasteten Führungsbleche werden zwangsläufig durch die anlaufenden Steuerfüße zur Freigabe der Steuerbahnen verschwenkt. Die dabei auf die verstellbaren Steuerteile der Platinensteuervorrichtungen ausgeübten Reibungskräfte oder aber von den Nadelbetten auf die Schloßstege ausgeübte Reibungskräfte reichen aus, um bei einer Schlittenhubumkehr automatisch die gegenläufige Umstellbewegung der Schloßstege auszulösen. Zusätzliche Einrichtungsteile zur Erzielung einer Zwangsverstellung der Schloßstege und der Führungsbleche können also entfallen.The structure of the circuit board control devices can be made simple and automatically reversible. Die aus der Zeichnung ersichtliche Platinensteuervorrichtung 10 besteht aus einem plattenförmigen Vorrichtungskörper 11, der sich vor jedem Schloßsystem seitlich an dem Maschinenschlitten einer zweibettigen Flachstrickmaschine lösbar befestigen läßt, und die Platinensteuervorrichtung 10 erstreckt sich insgesamt jeweils nur über die wirksame Länge eines Schloßsystemes S des Maschinenschlittens, wie es in Fig. 2 mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutet ist. Aus der schematischen Teilschnittfigur 3 sind die beiden Nadelbetten 12 und 13 einer V-Bett-Flachstrickmaschine zu erkennen. Die beiden Maschinenschlittenteile 14/1 und 14/2, die jeweils einem der beiden Nadelbetten zur Nadelsteuerung zugeordnet sind, sind nicht im einzelnen dargestellt. Fig. 3 zeigt von der Flachstrickmaschine die durch den Kammspalt verlaufende Mittelebene 15 durch eine strichpunktierte Linie angedeutet. In dem einen Nadelbett 13 ist ein Nadelschieber 16 mit der zugehörigen Nadel 17 in Austriebsstellung eingezeichnet, außerdem eine um einen Stab 18 verschwenkbar gelagerte benachbarte Platine 19. Die mit der Vorrichtung 10 zu steuernde Platine 19 weist einen in den Kammspalt einschwenkbaren Vorsprung 19.1 und einen Steuerfuß 19.2 auf.The
Die zur Steuerung der Platinen 19 an ihrem Steuerfuß 19.2 vorgesehenen Organe der Platinensteuervorrichtung 10 sind am besten aus den Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich. Es sind zwei in der Verschieberichtung des Maschinenschlittens hintereinander angeordnete Schloßstege 20 und 21, die an ihren Enden jeweils Auflaufschrägen 20.1 oder 21.1 für die Steuerfüße 19.2 der Platinen 19 aufweisen. Beide Schloßstege 20 und 21 sind mittels zweier Parallellenker 22 oder 23 an dem Vorrichtungskörper in Richtung quer zur Schlittendurchlaufrichtung parallelverstellbar gelagert. Außerdem sind die beiden Schloßstege 20 und 21 durch einen zusätzlichen Lenker 24 miteinander gelenkig gekoppelt. Der in der in Fig. 2 durch einen Pfeil 25 gekennzeichneten Schlittenhubrichtung voreilende Schloßsteg 21 ist durch die auf die Schräge 21.1 auflaufenden, in Fig. 2 gezeigten Steuerfüße 19.2 der Platinen 19 und durch beispielsweise von den Nadelbetten 12 oder 13 auf die Schloßstege 20 oder 21 ausgeübte Reibungskräfte von dem Vorrichtungskörper 11 abgehoben, was durch die gegenseitige Koppelung durch den Lenker 24 zwangsläufig zu einer Rückstellung des nachfolgenden Schloßsteges 20 gegen den Vorrichtungskörper 11 führt. Der Schloßsteg 21 ist mit einem Stellexzenter 26 versehen, mit welchem sich der maximale Querverstellweg in Richtung des eingezeichneten Pfeiles 27 des Schloßsteges 21 einstellen läßt. Außerdem ist der Verschwenkweg der Parallellenker 22 und 23 der beiden Schloßstege 20 und 21 durch am Vorrichtungskörper 11 angebrachte Anschläge 28 begrenzt.The organs of the
Beiden Schloßstegen 20 und 21 ist jeweils ein schräge Randauflaufflächen 29.1 und 30.1 aufweisendes Führungsblech 29 oder 30 zugeordnet. Die Schloßstege 20, 21 begrenzen mit ihren zugeordneten Führungsblechen 29 und 30 jeweils die durch die Vorrichtung 10 gebildete Führungsbahn 31 für die Platinenfüße 19.2. Die Führungsbleche sind gemäß Fig. 3 um eine auf die Schlittenbewegungsrichtung und damit parallel zu dem Vorrichtungskörper 11 ausgerichtete Achse 32 verschwenkbar gelagert und jeweils durch eine Druckfeder 33 in Richtung gegen die zugeordnete Schloßleiste 20 oder 21 vorgespannt. Die Führungsbleche 29 und 30 werden also durch die durchlaufenden Steuerfüße 19.2 der Platinen 19 zur Freigabe der Führungsbahn 31 gegen die Kraft ihrer Rückstellfeder 33 verschwenkt.Both
